i said it before and i will say it again. Time to get rid of that silly cage. Fights seem much better in a ring. I thought all the fights were pretty good. Fedor=lucky punch

Jay Hieron vs. Jason High
Round 1
High, stalking early, lands a high kick that is partially blocked. Hieron flurries back with a combination that backs off high. Heiron loands a crushing lead left hook that freezes High before he crumples to the mat. Hieron follows up with punches before referee Herb Dean intervenes. The official time is 1:04 of the first round.

answered my own question

Yeah !

I don't know what was worse, the look on Linland's face after or Ttio announcing.
TITO WAS THE WORST ANNOUNCER IN MMA HISTORY TONIGHT.
He told Fedor or as it sounded like Tito saying Theodore that Barnett won tonight by decision(uh what).
He made statements to Fedor that were not even questions but just hidden jabs at UFC and Dana.
His fight comments were so so at best.
I hope this was first and last appearance. Donald Trump needs to say "Tito, you're fired."

arlvoski's proven himself to be a dumb fighter.

an example of being dumb is when a guy does the same the move after being shown that that move is worthless. arlovski had top position on rothwell and went for an ankle lock. rothwell defended the sub and took top position. arlovski should have clued in that doing it again would be stupid, but he didn't. he went for it again with the same results.

he's also failed to take advantage of opportunities, such as the 2nd fight with sylvia.

moreover once he meets resisitance he confidence waivers.

i doubt i'll be betting on the fight, but i think fedor's confidence and intelligence will make a big difference.

i think this was the difference in the fedor vs. arlovski fight. do something dumb and fedor will make you pay.

Woo hoo, great night last night.

Everyone is saying AA's weakness is that he gets sloppy, I've always thought it was that he didn't have a chin.

You can say what you want about how the fight was going but it ended very quickly and there was no question. There is NOBODY that can beat Fedor. Brock won't be able to do it even with 4 or 5 fights under his belt and the reason is because that's not long enough to learn sub defense. Fedor would sub him in nothing flat if the fight went to the ground.

If the UFC could grab Fedor, Barnett and bring AA back the HW division would be very fun to watch when you add it to the talent they have right now.

Sponge-I agree, I like the ring better. I'm not sure why but it looks cleaner to me, although there is more stoppages because of it.

All in all I thought the card was awesome, I just don't know if they did enough PPVs to keep this pay scale they have going. I know a lot of people that didn't even know about it.

Anyone know where to watch this card today? I missed it last night unfortunately. Tried you tube but looks like they took most the fights off there. Sounded like a great card so I would even pay for the fights if they were on. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks and congrats to all you winners.

Crow - I am not sure where I can find TV-Shows, but I actually used the link sponge provided but it cut out immediately after the Arlovski KO and didnt show a replay or anything so it was very difficult to see. I will continue to look for the link you talked about. Thanks

Look for the link to Tv shows inside the blitzwarez.net site, or give some contact info in your account

Coach K, try mmashare.com

You have to watch each fight one at a time but it has all of them and that way you don't have to watch ones you don't care about.

Don't know what it is. Maybe ur cleaner assessment is it. I always figured i like the cage gimmick but it gets old when two guys sit there and knee each other against the cage for two minutes plus a lot of guys like to use it to rest. Its tough to rest on the ropes.

Sometimes these stoppages are not a bad thing. One thing i thought was disturbing was Barnett getting the mount and the refs almost standing them up, telling Barnett to work. From what i was watching he was working but man to work your way to the mount and have the ref threatening u, has to be on a fighters mind. Who needs that while ur dodging punches? To start thinking about a ref possibly taking take you off of the mount.

I disagree with him being able to sub Brock in nothing flat. Brock got subbed in the Mir fight because he got sloppy and his nerves got the best of him. You do realize that 4 or 5 fights means ATLEAST 1yr? right? If Fedor had problems taking Arlovski to the ground, someone 238lbs, what do you think he'll do with Lesnar? Just throw him around? I honestly think Lesnar is the best HW in the world, he just isn't proven yet.

ps- Affliction will go by the way side because you can't put a card like that together. Sure it's great for the hardcore fans, but it's just not smart business. A great card like that is actually pretty bad for business when you're not established.

Everything went my way last night except the Kiril fight (as far as who i wanted to win and who i bet on). Buentello looked great, and Kiril looked like the 20-year-old that he is.

Holy hell, I know Gilbert Yvel sucks on the ground, but Barnett was great last night....... he followed the perfect gameplan. Fedor vs Barnett will be very interesting, and im looking forward to Buentello's next fight.. his next opponent couldnt possibly suck as bad as Sidelnikov did last night. :SIB

Oh yea, suck it Freddie Roach. Been waiting a long time to say that. :)

+1.25 Units on the night, -3.63 Units total since 6/21/08.

Bucs, you have to be kidding me right? Lesnar is in no way the best HW in the world. If it ever happens we can have a shirt bet on the fight. Fedor would smoke Lesnar. As far as Fedor having problems taking AA to the ground, I don't recall him trying to hard. Fedor likes to bang with people, if you recall his corner in the Cro Cop fight was yelling at him to go to the ground but he wouldn't. That fight was still in the feeling out stages but yet everyone is saying he was having trouble. I don't get it, the guy didn't even break a sweat to smoke the last two UFC champs and you think Leanar would be him?

And yeah, I realize what 4 or 5 fights means. In the UFC if you're anyone but the Spider it means 2+ years. And even then his sub defense won't be good enough.
