Chad,

Well after over 20 emails back and forth and many promises by you to remit the funds that I won for the fantasy basketball league, I have yet to receive a dime. The season ended two months ago and you told me that you were punishing me for not getting my money to you in a timely matter, which was two weeks late which I will admit but you failed to mention that I fooled around trying to deposit funds into a poker website for you and that was part of the delay. Thus I served my two week fund suspension and then you told me you were going to mail it to me in early ay after your vacation, well low and behold nothing came. Next, you told me that your girlfriend was holding the funds and she was out of town but surely this time I would get my funds as soon as she returned, guess what Memorial Day came and went and no check arrived. Two weeks ago you said you lost my address and I gave it to you again and you replied in an email that it was sent, but now 3 weeks have come and gone and as of yet no mail has arrived from you. I guess we are at the old check is lost in the mail phase which is typical of someone whom either has no intentions of paying or is tapped out, so let me know what you plan to do. I realize my winnings are not huge ($150) but it now has become an issue of someones honor since all the folks that participated in the league paid you so you have no reason to welch. If money is an issue we can work out a payment plan of say $30 a week until your debt is paid off just let me know and I will be glad to work with you to resolve the debt that you owe.

why are you surprised, you think people have an incentive to pay up on the internet? most people are two faced liars unfortunately, and I hate to say you dont "deserve" to get paid from a bet or league because of a stiff, but why would you do a pool or fantasy league with a bunch of strangers you met on an internet site, what is the likelihood of seeing your money? not very good as has been proven numerous times

MC,

After you heard this excuse, you should have just chalked it up. His girfriend was 'holding the funds' from a fantasy league that Tiger Woods ran and she's on vacation and there was apparently not another 150 dollars in their system where agent could pay you and then 'collect' these funds that were being 'held', from his girlfriend when she got back?

Didn't he just tell us how he has to wear a suit because of the amount of money he was dealing with in his insurance racket?

Pretty sad, Vinnie, the amount of deadbeats on the forums. You've been around long enough to know the biggest blowhards, always bragging, are the stiffs.

I agree with the poster above who commended MC on his patience.
