I owed a Shirt for this league and I was late. I know a Shirt isn't Money but Life just builds up sometimes. I'm sure things will be righted.

i hope it's just a misunderstanding too but regardless, this is the exact reason why we don't like contests running on the forum unless we run and have a sponsor for them or they are sponsored by us. it happens all the fugging time and i guarantee, THERE WILL BE NO MORE.
i'm sure it's some misunderstanding. i have met agent on several occasions and this never happens with the agent i met.
if agent doesn't pay the debt i will, but like i said above, there are no more contests that involve money. none.

i've talked to agent via email in the past as well because he had some poker related questions and to me he sounds like an okay guy.
hopefully its just a misunderstanding, but like jack said it is cyberspace.

MC look at it this way you paid for 3 weeks of drycleaning for Agent or bought him a new sleeve of Pro VI, you know golf isnt cheap.
I could be wrong, but i'm pretty sure that Jack stated his new(at that time) policy of no more unsanctioned contests. Then Agent begged for an exception and got it.

too funny, this shit happens everytime. all these internet millioniares and none of them can pay a small wager or amount. my girlfriend has the money WTF is that? that has to be one of the most lamest excuses ever. i hope this was a misunderstanding but once again when it comes to REAL money most never produce.

Thought I would let this (thread) go for a minute, always good to find out here you stand with a few people.
In any event, MC is owed every dime he says he is, none of this story is BS. As it goes, I waited the EXACT # of days to pay him as he waited to pay his entry into the contest. I kind of operate that way and for anyone in the golf contest I will forgoe this (procedure) and mail payment out THE DAY the contest is over to prevent any aggravation for Jack, and to be fair. In any event I waited too long, HOWEVER MC, I mailed you a check 2 weeks ago when I said I did :shrug: I sent to the addy and name you gave me. Soooo, I have not been in my actual (not at home) office since Thursday of last week, maybe it was returned?? I can say the check ($150.00) was NOT cashed as of today when I looked at my online banking.
I would be happy to send you an overnight check or transfer immediately to a poker account (assuming I have that site) tomorrow to make this right. I will stop payment on the other check if it hasnt been returned to my office. Please let me know how you want me to handle it.
