I believe the sharp money and maybe even the public is on Alabama saturday night. Just dont see Georgia keeping this close. Especially when you see so many Ga ppl on the Tide.

Leaving Atlanta around 3 pm today. We should pull in town around 7 pm tonight.

pplargo--we will be around our RVs (they will probably have Georgia AND Alabama flags hanging)--Get my email address from Jack and we can try and hook up. We will have kegs on our RVs.

I will have a grey golf shirt with a Georgia football helmet as the insignia. Not real easy to find, but we can exchange some emails and try to get details.

P.S. I will not be playing this game, but I do see Georgia winning by 10. Not just from my heart, but I think this is the break-out game for this team.

Well, it was a great game but I think Georgia finally was able to make a statement. They played well, even with the MAJORITY of the public against them. Hard fought game, hope everyone had a good Saturday.

Looking forward to Georgia / Auburn game, would be something if both teams could win out till then (that could be a stretch with Auburn facing Arkansas, Florida, LSU before then - we'll see).

Good call Fluk. I still cant believe it. Georgia has never won in that stadium. Damn

The crowd just didnt appear into it ? Couldnt really tell from TV I guess. I think the Alabama QB was just too young to deal with it.
Georgia was able to run almost at will I thought and Green had a clutch day.

why do I sense such enjoyment in your post ? Seems like if you are from Alabama you would rather see the Tide Roll than that Bulldogs ?

I guess I dont understand that rivalry with schools in the same state.

I was at the game and the only word I can use to describe it is MISERABLE!!! It was the second hottest bama game I have ever been to and I have been to hundreds. The crowd was never a factor and the refs never blew a whistle!! Congratulations to all the Dawg fans and good luck with Tenn next weekend.
