Well, the Katrina relief effort was more difficult because most of the National Guardsmen/women and much of their machinery were overseas fighting George's war. We would have had to ship all that back to try to help a non-republican voting contingent keep their heads above water.
Little did they know how much happier they were going to be when they got to the Astrodome, though. That, and if they could ever get their jobs back, they could use Neil Bush's software programs with Barbara's relief contribution.
