Anyone notice that the Aldo vs Faber card was maybe the best fight card ever put on......and kegray said nothing.

Well I thought from a entertainment value it was one of the best.
However the average fan thought the last two fights sucked. The room I was in had little to no knowledge of WEC guys and all laughed at Cowboy saying he was gonna get his ass kicked. I told them not so fast then they mocked me for the next hour.
They thought Faber was a midget and sucked.
One guy was even snoring during the Faber fight but he had been drinking since noon.
And 1 good card for every 7 bad ones is nothing to brag about.
And this is why Dana is a douchebag:

I ask you again, why did he not bash or cut Anthony Johnson when he was arrested for the exact same thing.
This guy picks and chooses who certain rules apply to.
Tito should sue and probably will if he gets cut since there is a precedent already set.

Was Anthony Johnson convicted of anything?
I thought he was accused of misdemeanor domestic violence, death threats and destroying a phone to prevent the report of a crime.
I never heard what (if anything) Johnson was convicted of.

I am pretty sure it pleaed down to a misdemeanor charge and was put on probation because of no priors.
Johnson was not a spotlight guy at the time like Tito is so it got ignored by media for the most part.
Here is the thing:
Dana never once talked about that charge and did and said nothing about it during or after the case.
He is already thinking of cutting Tito before he even enters a plea. I agree Tito is probably 100% guilty of something here maybe even way over the top, but if he pleads not guilty then how can Dana cut him before it runs its course?

This is another problem with Dana. He just says powerful quotes and you don't know if he means them or not because he NEVER follows up action with words.
Find me a single quote from Dana after the Johnson arrest.
Where was this quote 5 hours after Johnson was arrested.
I can find about 10 articles on how Johnson was arreseted for striking his ex-girlfriend.
I guess that was the one day Dana didn't have something to say.
Go figure.

It appears Tito never struck her but grabbed her arm so hard she claims to have a torn rotator cuff.
Here is the problem, Tito claims she was popping oxycontin like candy and wanted to put it to a stop.
So where is the line in this case?

I don't think he is acting here and I can almost promise Jameson is on something.

First thing, Tito needs a new lawyer or at least someone new to speak on his be half. That guy wasn't the sharpest IMO.
I feel bad for Tito. I've dealt with someone that has had a bad addiction to pain killers and been in and out of rehab for years. When they're high their emotions are all over the place and good decision making is very low on the list of things they can do. I think it says a lot that her dad is the one that brought Tito clothes. If someone touched my daughter the last thing I would be doing is getting clothes for them or anything else that might help them out.

Maybe I'm missing something here, but they call a press conference to say his wife/girlfriend (don't know which she is) is hooked on drugs? Wow. Why not just deny any wrondoing and then say 'no comment' about anything else? I can't imagine dragging a loved one's name through the mud publicly like that, even if they did piss me off. Is he just being spiteful? Or is this a case where Jenna already came out and admitted she was hooked? Seems very strange to me...

Jameson is Tito's girlfriend not wife.
Maybe he is dragging it into the public because private doesn't seem to be getting the point across to her or her family.
And yes it seems like Tito could a better lawyer.
I knew they had been dating, I just didn't know if they had officially gotten hitched because they apparently have kids together now? Believe it or not I haven't been keeping up on Tito & Jenna's love life lately. :142smilie
I don't know though, I've always thought Tito was one of the bigger douchebags in the UFC and this little PR stunt doesn't do anything to quell that notion. He's standing up there saying he just wants to be with her and the kids, etc., -- while at the same time he is telling the world that she is hooked on drugs. Wow. Class act. If he really wanted to be with her, why is he "outing" her to the world? Not only that, why do her kids need to hear this shit? I can't imagine hearing that your mom is a drug addict would be good for them (who knows, maybe they already know, but they still don't need this tool saying it publicly).
Like I said before, it's already known that she is a druggie I guess it's not as bad, but if he's actually doing this to make himself look better that's pretty pathetic. I've never rooted for Tito in any fight, and I can't exactly say I'm rooting for him here, either.

But Strikeforce is going to regret having Overeem, I think Overeem is going to come up with some bullshit excuse and pull out of the fight. 2 weeks before the fight Overeem will sadly "hurt himself during training" and pull out. Or "visa issues", or some shit. How he will pass a drug test is beyond me

Lets hope not because I am looking forward to fight and this card. I think Strikeforce knew what they were doing in putting this on Showtime instead of having Overeem on CBS in fear of hyping main event that is probably still less likely to happen than will go off even though we are 17 days out.
If he fights after a passed test(somehow) then I think he will still be huge. I am sure he will push it all the way to the point where they tell him to stop and start flushing that system.
He won't need to pullout. Too many things he can be taking right now that can't be tested for.
HGH is old news so who cares if they can test for it now. CJC1295 and GHRP6 are taking over for it and it's your own grown hormone at very high levels but if they don't have a baseline then they can't tell you're on it. Once he's close to the fight he'll be on steroids with a very short life that will clear his system by fight time. With the new peptides out I'll doubt he'll lose any size at all.
