The Bag is popular tonight....hope he comes thru.

Adding a couple outrights on the hoe's.

Schiavone, a perennial maiden when it counts but 125/1 is too hard to resist. .25u

Hingas....very impressive performance last night. Where has she been? 1u each way @ 20/1

WOW! What a final set. Baghdatis struggled to win a game for two sets after leading 2-0, was crippled with stomach cramps, yet got through that epic final set to win.

Got to love that Cypriot crown courtside, who probably carried him through the match....great result for the board! :mj14:

I'm chasing a bit here by adding another 2u on Robredo since Anders also has him as a strong play. Good to see Baghdatis pay off for everyone......went down to the wire. He's quite the entertainer too.

Herynch is giving me a Hernia. In all fairness, he is playing well but Ancic is playing awesome. I would say the best performance I've seen so far in the Open.

Day Four Picks

Sanguinetti +138 to beat Mirnyi x 1

'The Beast' isnt one I would want to be trusting at odds on. His game is heavily dependent on his serve, and when this goes missing, he doesnt have much else. Sanguinetti is coming off a career year, in which his ranking has shot up into the top fifty. In addition he has a 2-1 h2h advantage. Taking the generous odds in what I regard to be a very close matchup.

Phau +160 to beat Horna x 2

Great value play here. Horna odds are probably so short as a reaction to a straight sets defeat of Monfils in the previous round. However, Monfils was ill in that match, complaining of a bug that seems to be travelling the circuit at present. Still Horna isnt one to be trusted at short odds. The German Phau is in good form at present, and took Moya to three sets in a warm up before this.

Good Luck :)

A second unit each way on the very impressive Hingas @ 20/1

6-13....+.78
O/R -1u

Benneteau @ +1300 beats Roddick

This is a chance play that Roddick is not 100% healthy as he was hobbling a bit in his last and it appeared his right ankle was causing discomfort.

Gremelmayr @ +250 to beat Bagdhatis (2u)
This line is crazy.....the Bag is getting too much respect and Grem is getting none despite knocking out Bjorkman and 13 seed Ginepri.

Robredo @ +238 over Blake.

Take back what I said about the Baghdatis/Gremelmayr line. 100/1 would not have been large enough.

Awful day yesterday again. Very disappointed with the performance of Bjorn Phau, while Sanguinetti had enough chances against 'the beast', but wasnt good enough.

Two for tonight, and one very strong opinion.

Nieminen +200 to beat Nalbandian x 3

Could not really believe this line. Nieminen has been world class this season. He won the Heineken Open leading up to this beating some tough opposition and barely dropped a set, and has come into this and followed suit. Two straight set victories with a high 1st serve percentage, and few unforced errors lead me to believe he can beat Nalbandian here. Throw in a 3-2 h2h record on hard courts, and you have a solid play.

Robredo +275 to beat Blake x 1

I saw Blakes match against Faurel, and was not overly impressed. Faurel seemed to be able to cause him problems until he ran out of stamina, and Blakes odds this season to date are a reflection of his amazing year last season. Robredo was solid against Tursunov, and must fancy his chances.

Good Luck :)
