Last time i checked it isnt a 1 on 1 game, and if you put kobe on a team with 4 blank slates and nash on a team with 4 blank slates, everyone in the league would want to face kobes team. He is near impossible to stop but he makes no one better on his team, and his teams plan of "give it to kobe and he might kick out if triple teamed" is a pretty easy one to figure out and beat. Im not going to sound like a suns homer, but Kobe needed the refs help more than he needed any other teamates help in game 4, if it wasnt for those terrible no calls this wouldnt even be a series.DIRTY Diapers said:Who cares where people got drafted... Gilbert Arenas and Giniobili were drafted in the second round. Kwame has sucked his first few years in the league and L. Odom has always underachieved. Boris Diaw is an absolute STUD and is better than anyone besides Odom on the Lakers.
I don't know if Shaq could have carried this team to the playoffs. Kobe was injured a lot last year and that had to do with some of the problems. Too me Shaq looks lazy and tired. Phoenix has more overall talent than the Lakers. Not one organization in the league would trade S. Marion and B. Diaw for L. Odom and K. Brown. Who cares if Nash has won back to back MVPs... Hasn't Shaq only won ONE. Is Nash better than Shaq. Those awards are voted on by the media. I bet most of the players would want to face Nash than Kobe. But who cares its all speculation and personal theories.
And even if Kobe is near impossible to gaurd, Lebron IS impossible to gaurd. Anyone coming on here after a lakers victory and saying Kobe is the best player in the league should go back to unpacking their dusty gold and purple 34 jerseys and hop back on the lakers bandwagon.
