BestLine Sports is for the general public, we did not take a shot at
this player, this player took a shot at us. The account was
started on Friday with just one bet on the Oklahoma game then
a payout request. There were 58 other college games and 15 NFL
games. Why only the one bet?

The point we are trying to make is we are looking for players not
jumpers who is going to make a big hit every two weeks.

There are plenty of big bettors playing with BestLine Sports for
years (old school) and they are comfortable with the rules set
forth by BestLine Sports, if you don't like our rules we understand,
it's only business no hard feelings.

Bonuses are for recreational bettors only.

I think everyone would agree that 95% of players will not have any problems whatsoever with Best Line Sports.
Assuming, of course, that 95% of players lose.

This book is a complete joke. Stomie, you have my complete sympathy.

"Bonuses are for recreational bettors only"

What does this mean? Are recreational bettors - bettor that lose or bettors that bet small? If this player followed all the rules why not pay him? So he made one bet and won, I've made one bet and lost and not asked for my bonus back.

So you checked this guys W2's? Give me a break if he lost would you have returned his bonus? You baited him with the bonus and stole it when he won. No one has returned my bonus when I have lost yet, whether recreational or professional. You are a joke book and just because you sponsored MadJack's contest does not change that fact. Pinnacle and Olympic will follow their own rules! Pay the HUMP and change your rules if that is what you want.

We do our home work by checking around with various books
before we accept a player with talent, this player have been
obviously around. We breifed him on our policy and he accepted.

BestLine Sports stands firm on it's decison.

I've listened to this crap long enough. You are a frigging sportsbook. No sportsbook in the world says you have to gamble on x amount of games. Maybe the guy only liked one game for the weekend. How do you know. Smart bettors don't wager they board, they find the game they like and bet it. HOW DARE YOU SAY the player didnt give you a chance. ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND. You accept bets and big deal you lost one. Your probably won a thousand others throughout the weekend. For you to come here and expect sympathy cause you lost a bet on a line you posted is a joke. For you to cry that you didnt have a chance. You guys are a joke. I'm not shedding any tears over you. DONT YOU DARE DONT YOU DAMN DARE expect sympathy and for anyone to side with you. This guy made a bet within your limits which you had no problem with until after the game won. Then you cried foul. No wonder you guys are a joke. Good luck with your "operation."

Obviously none of you guys have an account with BestLine Sports
here is a true testimony:

I don't know why I see so much bad-mouthing of Bestline- I've only been with them since the start of the NCAA contest but I've had no problems either from Customer Service or withdrawal- seems to me to be a well-run outfit. I think some people want their books to do everything including making their bets for them.

I give them a thumbs-up

A subpar sportsbook as a sponsor? The answer is obvious $$$

But just take responsiblity for your lines and rules. If you want put a minimum on bets or say you can bet $2000 but if you win you will only get paid $100. Something like that will clarify your policy. :D

This is the absolute last thing i have to say on this........

Look at the facts:

1) You allowed an individual to deposit into your sportsbook account.

2) He placed a wager on a game

3) The line was correct. It was a standard industry line everywhere give or take a 1/2 point which was meaningless cause they won by 100 or so.

4) The bet was placed basically 24 hours before the game so no steam was involved.

5) You said NOTHING UNTIL AFTER THE GAME WAS FINAL

6) You tried to confiscate his bonus and winnings and acted childish.

7) The player had to go through hoops to get paid anything at all

These are the facts which cannot be refuted. You can say whatever you want about all players getting paid. Maybe he did... BUT ANSWER THIS....THINK REAL HARD AND GIVE ME A REASON

WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO GIVE YOUR BOOK A PENNY IF YOU SAY WE DON"T WANT PEOPLE WHO WIN. Of course you don't. That's why oly and pinnacle and even my grandmothers 80 yr. old local will always get more respect than your book does. I HATE when books complain about winners. If that's the case then you damn well better have "FOR RECREATIONAL LOSERS ONLY" on your web page or its false advertising.

I'm done...good luck with your "operation" and don't ever expect a penny from me.
