i'll echo everyone's glowing review of HOUSE OF CARDS

its sooo good in fact, it even gets a mention of, in a show that my girl has us watching (american horror story: hotel --which is picking up steam, i'll admit), when -admittedly- id much rather be watching the rest of house of cards

?American Horror Story: Hotel? Episode 2

Donovan hides from his mother and The Countess closes the door in her face. While Donovan expresses that he wants to stay in and watch House of Cards, The Countess expresses that she wants to go out and hunt. She ventures out in an incredible red dress.

just finished Gotham, damn that was good show. it's based on time
when catwoman, batman, ridler etc were young and shows how those
characters started to develope to the freaks they became later.

it takes on slowly and it took me 2-3 months to watch first 5-7 episodes
but it really catches fire from that. 1st season is over 20 episodes.
first it feels like another kids superhero series but when blood starts
to flow it sets quite a different tone.

highly recommended if you like DC over marvel's crap :0008

and another good one: Black mirror. Each episode is one story, first one happens
in England:princess Susannah, a much-loved member of the Royal Family is kidnapped
and kidnappers have one demand before they let her go or kill her:
prime minister must fuck a pig in live tv-broadcast.

HBO:
The night of - excellent show
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2401256/

Vice principals - tried to be as funny as Eastbound & Down but fails miserably
Ballers - ok, but nothing special, belowe average actually

Netflix
Marco Polo was pretty good, just started 2nd season
Stranger Things - good 80's style semi scifi/horror tale
Luke Cage - happens in Jessica Jones/Dare devil world. not even close as good as JJ/DD.

Viaplay
Swedish dicks - two swedish detectives in LA. not good at all.

netflix:

Manhattan - drama about Manhattan project and scientists around it.
Two solid seasons before it was cancelled.

Gotham 2nd season, even better that 1st one. Another +20 episodes of young DC-world.

I liked 'Bloodline' on netflix quite a bit. Great show if you have an alcoholic dysfunctional family.

TBS running marathon of 'Wrecked" - hysterical!

SHAMELESS (the US version) is one of my all-time favorites. Just finished its 7th season last week. The show has everything, sex, humor, relativity and William H. Macy. Watch 2 episodes, if you're not hooked then you're not gonna like my next suggestion either.

CALIFORNICATION.....Even though I have never been a David Duchovny fan, this shows first 4 seasons is must watch TV. Other than Entourage and The Sopranoes...it's the only time that I ever subscribed to HBO/Showtime specifiacally for a particular show.

The Night Of... Was excellent and only 8 episodes

GOLIATH...........Fucking incredible show. (Again, only one season)

SUITS.....If you're into any kind of law drama shows, but in a shiny form, this is for you.

Also agree with earlier mentions:

Deadwood
Justified
Mad Men

Bet on MyBookie
