House of Cards or Justified

House of Cards or Justified

I really like House of Cards. Also, I like Justified a lot too. I would say house of cards is better but they're both good for binge watching.

Cheers,

My wife and I really enjoyed Mad Men. It's very character-driven...it's not all action but the character development and period specific things like the ads, clothes, hair styles etc is very good.

I agree that Mad Men is a fantastic show too. I loved it working in advertising for years and it was especially fun when they name dropped all of the agencies I have done business with/ am currently doing business with.

Great show,

kneifl

there is "All in The Family" and there is "Mash"...

"Mad Men" is one of the few tv shows to reach that caliber of writing and acting.

Rectify was good, i have seen just one season = 6 episodes
Penny Dreadful, two seasons pretty good
True detective, excellent 1st season, 2nd so-so so far
Peaky blinders seems ok, i have watched just 4-5 episodes
The Fall is good, slow cooking but solid
The Bridge, danish/swedish version
From dusk til down, decent vampire shit

next on my list Marco Polo, Top of the lake, Magic city, American horror story
and some anime: Knights of Sidonia...

I loved House of Cards. OITNB. Dexter. Sons of Anarchy. Weeds. Rescue Me. Hemlock Grove. Wentworth. Prison Break. Revenge.

I'm going to start Californication sometime and I have a few others on my list.

Cast photo for Penny Dreadful. Here's the plot line:
Explorer Sir Malcolm Murray, American gunslinger Ethan Chandler and medium Vanessa Ives unite to combat supernatural threats in Victorian London.

Basically it's trying to be Game of Thrones level graphic (it's on Showtime but I stream it from Amazon) but set in Victorian times with monsters and what not.
