W- any insight into the huge crashes the last few weeks in alt coins? is it ICOs by the truck load driving prices down across the board? I am long on a few you recommended...SYS, SC, DGB. SYS and DGB seem to be in an absolute free fall.

in the past month SYS is down 40%, DGB down 60% and SC down 41%

August 1st is a big deal. Segwit had issues today and there was a panic. Everyone is frozen awaiting movement.

SYS, DGB, SC are all long term plays.

Everything is in free fall.

Metal played out nicely and Ill continue to hold. Look at platform tokens as well. STRAT, WAVES, etc.

Alts go in cycles. They'll be back in October. Now is the time to accumulate however I would wait until August to figure out where BTC is going.

I have a coin coming up that is going to be huge. I can't say anything just yet.

strong hands... dont panic sell

Can you actually BUY something with Bitcoin?

Can you actually BUY something with Bitcoin?

No one knows the future of crypto, currently many appear to be nothing but crazy IPO offerings.....first in make money on the hype, late comers not.

I can't see the tax people relinquishing their control over worldwide money without a huge fight.

If you make good money now, congrats....buy that tropical island
while you can.

Whatever you do, don't gamble your entire life-savings.....

You can buy plenty with bitcoin and it will only become more widespread in the future. The rest of those coins though....who knows?

90% of bitcoin mining is being done by Chinese pools, so that might become significant someday too. Not sure how free from government a currency can be if it's being minted by the largest state run economy the world has known.

Hi Smurph.....

I agree Bitcoin and Ether will probably prosper..

I have yet to stumble across a local merchant of any kind that takes any crypto money....maybe too soon in the game.

Plastic sure is king...was at a mall store (they still exist) couldn't break a hundred on a $48. purchase. Had to page a manager to approve the Benji and 5 minutes later they found change, it was all in fives and tens.

The manager apologized and said there were DAYS where they don't see a cash purchase...

I think pennies and odd prices resulting in clumsy handfulls of nearly worthless change are the ruin of cash.

Worthless change sums it up.....

Way back when, a nickel bought a pack of Baseball Cards with a fair chance of getting a Mantle card....Dime a comic book, even the lowly penny bought a gigantic gum ball.
Quarters were scarce to a kid....the half dollar a rumor, the bank had real early 1900's silver dollars for a buck exchange...

Inflation has eroded currencies, the US gooberment for decades has printed bazillions of unbacked dollars out of thin air, and says there is no inflation.

When you trade a coin in 2 days at your annual salary... your mind set changes on sitting in a cubicle long before you successfully do it though. It took a year.... of late nights and reading and trial and error... but

Cryptocurrency is the new Fight Club... we are Jack's guiltless conscious... :toast:

Google cryptocurrency news. There's talk about a hard fork and a software change for BTC. Nobody knows what's going to happen and a lot of experts highly recommend cold storage for your coins.

I read up on the SegWit, altho I dont technically understand it

I do not understand "cold storage" either ... is that somewhere to move it it off from Coinbase? At what value is it? and can you still have access to it?

All I know is that I am taking an absolute beating right now and not sure if riding a sinking ship :scared

Buy the f'n dips on fear. Its all a set up to shake weak hands. Do not sell to false information. There are only 21 million coins. It is the reserve.

ETH is in the same pattern as btc in 2013 when it went to shit... pick up a few...

be happy youre in early. 2020 even earlier in alts, youre set.

You have an opportunity for financial freedom. It won't be easy. There will be propaganda and disillusion to allow others the same goal.
