I am just plain tired of all the lame excuses and now they get me a check almost 1 month to the day I requested it and they tell me it is bad. I am being told a new check was issued and will arrive in 10-14 BUSINESS days.So in other words another month.

I have used many books over the years(365,pinny,5dimes,wsex) and nothing has ever been this bad.
Wsex had no issues getting me money recently in a timely fashion.
Once I get my cash then Bodog is in my rear view mirror and will advise all to do the same.

It has become obvious that this is not a one time issue with them.

thats total bullsh*t instead of reg mail can you tell them to fed ex ? it has me pissed as i type this i see the little bodog featured sportsbook on top of page this site must be getting there checks in a timely fashion .you think someone from bodog would see this and try to correct it asap .at least i'm happy about costing those clowns business by all the negative publicity from this thread

The thing about getting them to courier is not a problem.
It only took 3 days by regular mail.
The problem is getting them to send it out.
Bodog site says courier is still 10-15 days and you have to pay for the service($20.)
So what difference does it make if it is courier or regualr mail??

i've e mailed them every other day now for 4 weeks each response i get back is different . the truth of the matter is we probaly wont get paid or if we get a check you cant cash it so we lose either way

But I wanted to get back and play a little poker on the net, and did not know where to go.
so, DUM, I went and deposited at bodog to play some poker. I played a couple of beginner tourneys, won all 3 so I thought I would play in a bigger one. It was a $4 + .40 tourney, and we had about 300 people playing. I got very lucky and won 1st place in that, so I decided to cash out a little:mj07: :mj07: :mj07: They emailed me back saying I can not withdrawl any money for 15 days after my deposit, even though my echeck has cleared in 3 days:shrug: so you say my check has cleared, you got my money but you have to hold onto it for 15 days, and the it would take another 10 business days afrer that to cash out????:shrug: how do you take 30 days to cash somebodys account out?
I agree with all of you BODOG SUCKS.

I wish bet jamaica had a poker site, now that is a book with class.
I think the problem is calvin has all the money he needs so he could give a rats ass on good service.

I can't even get a few hundred out of them.

I've heard bad stuff about BODOG for years. It sounds like they're going out of business and going to f*ck everyone in the process. I feel for all the gamblers who will lose thousands to them.

shawn i just noticed bodawg never did respond probaly because he doesn't have a leg to stand [probaly just pawn in the game with no pull ] you would think some one would respond to all the negative press . the way i see it any one that read this thread will not go to bodog even though THEY ARE A PREFERRED SPORTSBOOK so keep bodog flashing at the top of my screen just to remind how they have not paid & told ME several lies & excuses .but remember i can cancel my payout and have it put in my account to use within the hour

I have had extensive problems with Bodog and I am hoping that you could assist. I made instant deposits by check a month ago, with the promise that they would clear in 4-7 business days. They cleared my bank account in 14 days, to no fault of my own. It is now over 2 weeks after they have cleared my bank account and they still have the deposits listed as pending and they continue to give me the runaround after many days of appeals on my end. I sent them my bank statement today showing them that the checks cleared, upon their request, and it is still not good enough for them. My account is in 5 figures with them and they know I want to make a withdrawal and I think they are trying to stiff me. Any advice? Thanks.

I have also heard through others that they are bouncing checks to customers:shrug:

I've always hated that. Bodog isn't the only ones who do that. I know that SportsInteraction, for one, does that as well. That's why I quit using them. It's just a shady way for them to hope that you lose the money in your account before you can cash out any winnings. Pretty unethical if you ask me.

Again I got a check today from Bodog.
This time it was FedEx and Bodog says this one is the real deal.
I will let you know if it clears.

A sidenote: Bodog has all but lost me a customer.They need to clean up the mess they made. I feel they were not up front with me about the payout.Why not just say that they are changing financial institutions and we are having delays.
That is what appears the issue to me.
Instead got stories about extra payouts because of March Madness and so on.
Just tell it to the customers straight.Most will understand and be more patient instead of the oh look for it in the mail in a day or two.

I informed Caribsports on sunday at 1PM I wanted a check send Fedex, on monday at 6PM they sent me a tracking number, on Tuesday at 10 AM Fedex was at my door with a check, 1 hour later the cash was in my pocket, I tell everybody to use CARIBSPORT, it took 45 hours to get my money thanks and good luck
