here we go guys:

First fight of the week:

Anthony Mundine -325
Rigoberto Alvarez +250

I like the dog there, given he can punch and I have a feeling that those odds are very wide compared to the outcome of the fight. So Alvarez for me.

What do you guys think?

Cheers

i honestly like mundine big

rigo looks very stiff, he throws punches you can see coming from a mile away

i know garth caught mundine, but think garth is faster than rigoberto

molasses is almost faster than rigoberto alvarez

Hi Thongy,

Do you stuff him into parlays / play it straight or are you looking for inside / Dec lines?

Allways intersting to know, as he is at -325 but offering +275 (inside) and -130 (by dec)

i wanted to parlay it with donaire inside distance but that is not out yet, and mundine around -300 seems like a bargain, i hit it at -320(it was down to -210 earlier in the week)

so i just laid it straight

if it hits, i'll just dump it all on nonito itd

i'll use the profit for an nfl parlay on sunday

dont see rigoberto beating mundine on points or even close, he needs the ko for a win, if he gets mundine on the temple or back or head, some strange shot

Think Mundine has lost something in last few years, especially since coming down to 154. Rigo not special but he should give a good fight, could win. Logic says Mundine by decision, gut says put a tickle on Rigo at the good price. Will be fun to watch at breakfast for my time zone, EST. Judges are not Aussies.

GEEZ! Hope somebody can find a dog to play out of this bunch. Favorites are way high priced. Not to say they should not be, but too rich for my blood. Guess props may offer an opportunity, if and when they appear.

Narvaez/Donaire

Narvaez/Donaire

Well a couple of things. Narvaez never been KO'd. BUT, moving up to bantam and giving up 4" in height to a freakin dynamo in Donaire. I mean, Donaire KO'd Montiel in 2 rounds; no mean feat. Seen lots of occasions a guy who has never been KTFO having that experience for the first time. It happens and may here. Narvaez is durable, but if his last fight is any indication of the quality of opponents he prefers, he is in for the extra large size can of ass whoop.
