My plays so far...

My plays so far...

Manny Pacquiao -215 Very Large
This play was made back on 7/22/09.

Pacquiao Vs. Cotto Under 9.5 -140 Large
Looking at Cotto's last fight against Clottey he cuts, gets hurt, and loses stamina more easily than in the past. I don't see Cotto losing like Hatton did to Pac-Man, but by the sixth or seventh round I think Cotto will have taken enough accumulated punishment that Kenny Bayliss, a good referee, will have seen enough to stop the fight.

More to come...

Good Luck Guys! :box2:

Some odds out on potential future Haye fights:

Haye -187 Ruiz +137

V.Klitschko -250 Haye +175

W. Klitschko -200 Haye +150

I will bet everything in the bank on either Klitschko. I would also go sizeable that Ruiz mauls his way to a victory. He is too tough for Haye.

He's going to have a hell of a time w/Ruiz...another ugly ass matchup.

I'd bet the house, farm, kids college education and retirement on Vit over Haye. Wlad would beat him IMO but Wlad is always vulnerable.

FYI, Vit is -2000 over Johnson :142smilie

How can Haye be -250 against Vitali, but Johnson is -2000? Who would you take in a Haye vs. Johnson matchup? Haye might beat him, but I see it as a close fight. Haye is the most overrated fighter out there right now. I can't picture a scenario where Johnson beats V, but the odds are very high...

and there it is...thanks for posting,quannah...the eternal,"who`s better, wlad or weetali" argument finally has some perspective....

the oddsmakers obviously feel that weetali is the tougher nut to crack....and i agree...

I think Romi's point about W being vulnerable is the kicker, especially with someone like Haye, who is (supposedly) a quick and hard puncher. I think the consensus is that W is the better technician, whereas V is just tougher - perhaps much tougher.

The two-headed dragon heavy champ of this era is interesting. They are very close now to clearing out the division. I think either Klitschko would have been a handful for any of the past greats. Obviously they can never fight - nor should they. The question of who is better will always be there.

There were already some lines out before for Vitaly vs. Haye and Wladimir vs. Haye as both fights seemed to be "on".

The line on Wlad hasnt moved much whereas Vitaly was a heavey favorit last time...some books had him at 6 to 1 at the end I believe.

Actually I'm a little surprised that the Ruiz Haye line is close to a pick'em! I wonder how much the Quiet man has left at this point. If he were to win the title for a third time. :scared

Looking at this week's potential lines, there are ALOT of interesting match-ups out there. Could be a fun weekend.

The Pacquiao-Cotto card is evenly matched:

Santos vs. Foreman...a little boring, but close match-up. I like Santos, I've won with him against Alcine and even Margarito, but he's just so damn inactive. 1 fight a year for many years.

Soto-Karass vs. Gomez... As even as they come.

Chavez Jr.-Rowland...Although probably not by Rowland, we know Chavez is very beatable.

Other 'close' match-ups:

L.N'dou vs. M.Hatton...Anyone think Hatton has a chance? He seems to have improved dramatically as of late, and N'dou has seemed a little small at Welter. N'dou is fav, but not -350.

A.Saccurato-J.Mrdjenovich
R.Norton-A.Laleye
D.McDermott-D.Butler
S.Lawton-D.Matthews
JA.Rosas-F.Catubay
MJ.Melligen-M.Rosales
even A.Lee-A.Belghecham all look reasonably competitive.

Hard to remember a week with so many evenly matched fights. Any strong opinions on these contests are much appreciated.

Vitali is like x10 as tough as Wladi boy , you will never see him get dropped on his knees and make him wonder where he is :mj07:
Still Wladimir would probably jab his way to a win cuz he uses almost unbreakable defense now so he doesnt get clocked :142smilie
PS : anybody else likes the over 9.5 in Cotto vs Manny fight ? I don't see Manny finishing Cotto , he couldn't really finish Oscar DeLaPayday and Hatton was a broken man after Money fight .

Saw running across the bottom line on CNN today:

"Schafer compares new WBA champ David Haye to Muhammad Ali."

I don't know who the f Schafer is, but I think I speak for all of us when I say... right here buddy :thefinger

Ali? What a fuking jerk-off. Has that dip-shit ever even seen Ali box? I think he is involved with Oscar DeLa Payday, as brain coined, and they are both total gas bags.

I'm also wondering about Pacmans power. He certainly didnt look like a big puncher against Oscar.
And Hatton was pretty much done...
