As Quanah mentioned, the great prospect battle in Nicaragua, unfortunately, has been cancelled:

Hopefully it will be re-scheduled at a later date.
As far as I know, the rest of the Thanksgiving day card in Nicaragua will still go on.

I like Abraham and I was fortunate to get good early odds on him!

Froch I guess is having trouble making 168 lbs, I never saw him fade like he did against Kessler!
Abraham meanwhile knows that he has got to start faster...

Mexican fighter Juan Carlos Burgos is preparing his bags to travel to Japan, where he is scheduled to face the Hozumi Hasegawa, for the vacant featherweight world title of the World Boxing Council (WBC) on November 26 at Nihon Gaishi Hall in Nagoya.

The native of Tijuana is 25-0 with 18 knockouts. Hasegawa's tally is 28-3, with 12 knockouts. Also on this card, there will be a championship fight for the WBC super featherweight belt, between champion Vitali Tajbert and former champion Takahiro Aoh.

ashamed that the undercard fights on marquez/kat are all basically pre-determined...i miss don king....:shrug:
