Huck rnd 12
he fought it like he was ahead

I have this fight a 12 round draw
giving Huck rounds 1, 3, 5, 8, 10, and 12
Leb rounds 2, 4, 6, 7, 9, and 11

but this could go many ways
I expect split or a draw

not a chance....lebedev went into cruise mode late...

I agree weasel

I scored it 6 rounds a piece
but Huck acted the winner in round 12
Leb didn't do enough down the stretch in Germany
I'm sure a lot of the late rounds went to Huck

dan rafael on ESPN:

"The scores were 115-113 twice for Huck and 116-112 for Lebedv. I could see Lebedev getting the decision but not by 4 points."

just another opinion....not saying I agree or disagree...

I personally scored it a draw

Another perspective from British Boxing News.com:

"Lebedev clearly won the fight - 116-112 was fine.

Another home town decision in Germany. Who'da thunk it?"

Leb won the "fight", but as far as the scoring goes
this guy Huck is a master at stealing rounds by doing very little

a straight right here
a lunge in there
especially in Germany that stuff is going to chalk up rounds

No question who is going to hurt more tomorrow
Huck's ribs are going to hurt for a month

BUT he fought smarter than I thought he was capable of
Not sure he did enough to win the "fight", but he has perfected the art of snaking close rounds

Lebedev-Huck

Lebedev-Huck

Absolute HORSESHIT. I smelled it.

I had Lebedev winning 115-113 but I made a mental note at the end of the 11th that Lebedev needed a strong last round to make sure, and he just seemed to lose focus in the 12th. This is where Huck's experience of being in a number of 12-round fights showed itself. Even if Lebedev had won the 12th he would only have got a draw. .... In online wagering, Lebedev was -700 after nine rounds but in the 12th, with Huck in the process of having a very good round, the line had narrowed to -500, as if the veteran online players sensed that Huck would get the benefit of the doubt in all the close rounds in the scoring ... Unfortunately, in live betting the draw rule has been introduced, so anyone betting on one or the other of the fighters would lose if the bout ended in a draw in live play. ... I think the books that had "in play" wagering would have done VERY well on this fight.

i had leb winning but betting wise it was good that Huck won via dec.

pascal - 6 1/2 points at plus 130 is a great bet Pascal just outboxed and outspeeded Dawson i believe he will outbox and out work Hop especially in Canada.
A little hedge with Hop inside at plus 700.
I dont see Hop winning alot of rounds to be honest by being negative.

I had it 117-114 Lebed. Without question, in a neutral venue, Lebed takes it. As bettors we KNOW what goes down in Germany. I thought Lebed would have been a bit more dominant but he wasn't. He faded late and didn't take the initiative. I do think the "low shot" warnings took Lebed off his game. He had to know he couldn't afford a pt deduct and he rarely went to the body after the 2nd stern warning. Also, the 1st "low" shot was clearly on the belt and Huck got a nice long break.

Hopefully Pasc can dig me out ot the abyss I put myself in for the 2nd straight week :sadwave:
