STACKED WEEK NEXT WEEK !

This is the most fights I have ever listed on a one week schedule.

Televised bouts Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday!

Wednesday - Versus double header with Roy Jones and Bernard Hopkins

Thursday - Versus card with Arnoutis vs. Coleman

Friday - SKY presents the latest PRIZEFIGHTER tourney

Saturday - Fights all over the globe.
HBO has Pwill, Arreola, and a strong off tv undercard.

In Germany, Huck defends against Afolabi.

Khan defends in the UK against Salita. Another packed undercard.

Also next weekend, fights featuring prospects Eloy Perez and Tyrone Brunson, Anselmo Moreno in France (is he a draw there now?), Saul Alvarez in Mexico, Macklin and Hyland in Ireland, Holly Holm in New Mexico, and Balzay returns in Austria.

Damn - this is gonna be hard to update all these results next weekend !

At The Freizeit Arena, Solden, Austria

Eduard Gutknecht (17-0) vs. Karoly Balzsay (21-1)

Why is Balzay returning so fast against an undefeated fighter!?!?!?!

Weird return bout - very strange.

Have BIG dough on Huck. I'M still having a pretty damn good yr but should he somehow find a way to lose, I'll cash in my chips. That being said, I think he has too much for Alfolabi. Better luck this week people!

Hate to see Cosme Rivera AND Jesse Feliciano on the schedule next week - two guys who should not be encouraged any more. They both are gonna get hurt - it scares me when either gets in the ring nowadays.

I have a feeling... there is somthing fishy!!!

Maybe a secret agreement or corruption.

If we figure out what we maybe make some nice money...

Huge week!

I'm on Huck as well, he SHOULD really win this fight.
Afolabi managed to ko a tired and china chinned Macca after getting outboxed for 8 or 9 rounds.
I dont think this will happen here.

Last Stand

Last Stand

Well friends, there comes a time in every man's life, well...maybe every boxing-betting man's life, where he must make a last stand. That time for me has come. Since July, I have gone from my largest yearly plus, to now, my biggest yearly deficit ever! This has been my worst slide ever, and I am starting to wonder if I got my groove anymore, know what I mean? Confidence is big-time rattled. Plus, I'm starting to venture into places I don't want to go - like my bank account.

So, that said... I am all fukin in this week!!!! Last stand baby! This is a huge week, the biggest I have seen in a long time. Many fights, but also some very key one's that I feel GREAT about. If I can't win this week, then I gotta give it up for a while...because a couple of these fights I think I can see like they already happened. Even my secret weapon is in action this week. I'm goin' big on a big week! All in!!! :mj06:

Alistair Overeem - 200 against Ewerton Teixeira all fkn in .

NO WAY....NO FUKIN WAY !!!!!

Where is that line Brain ? Oh my god, what kind of fuking line is that ? I can't believe it....that is too good to be true. Overeem destroyed Bad Hari and Aerts, and Teixera looked like SHIT last fight. Teix is way too passive to beat Overeem. My god I can't believe that line.

Good luck and thanks for pointing it out. For all the boxing guys, this the K1 event on HDNET Friday night/Saturday morning.

bunch of european have/had this line , surely sportsbook will open him at - 500 as they always do in K-1 . Got it at unibet , also adding on 1.35 which I guess is like - 295 but still worth it IMO . Ewerton has good karate kicks but come on , he wont be able to do anything being pressured by Overeem .

Good god.....I don't see anything that makes me believe Overeem loses this....K1 can be crazy....but Overeem has been an absolute wrecking machine and I can't imagine Teixera is any more dangerous than Badr Hari or Arts. Wow. Just wow.

Quanah, hang in there bro !
You have brought great knowledge to these boards and have made some outstanding fight calls.
I have been doing this since 2002 and this is the first year I haven't made money. 2009 has been completely fucked. Horrible breaks and bad decisions. Just recently, the Botha decision, the Edgar Sosa headbutt, and last night, the decision on the Funeka-Guzman bout. Don't judge your capping abilities on this crazy year. I feel a great year coming up in 2010 !
:mj06: :mj06: :mj06:

This is a big week coming up and you are gonna turn things around - BIG MONEY for you THIS WEEK !

Green: I want to destroy Jones

IBO cruiserweight champion Danny Green is confident that he will destroy challenger Roy Jones Jr. when they clash on Wednesday at the Acer Arena, Homebush, Sydney, NSW, Australia. With a capacity attendance of 20,000 fight fans Green has promised not only to defeat Jones but make Jones? first professional fight outside the USA the biggest mistake he has made in his professional career. ?I want to destroy him,? proclaimed Green. ?I picture his legs wobbling and me delivering the KO punch. I see him unconscious on the canvas. He?s slumped on the canvas. I picture him asleep on the canvas. His corner runs into the ring, mine run into the ring. I see them picking him up and mine lifting me onto their shoulders ? after I make sure he?s all right. I don?t want to just defeat Roy Jones Jr. I want to destroy him!?

WAR GREEN MACHINE !!!!!!!!!

Just checked unibet and expekt dropped him to 1.35 but still no american bookie will open this that low , nobody will really want action on this one . Ewerton should have lost to the indian guy in previous round , surely he is not knocking out Overeem cuz his hands are not good enough . All Overeem has to do is go forward and throw punches which will not allow Ewerton to land his kicks .

Roy Jones ready to make history at cruiserweight
http://www.fightnews.com/?p=31074

I didn't realize this fight is at cruiser......logic says Roy decision....but my gut is telling me Roy is gonna get ICED DOWN UNDER. Roy has been fighting dead body after deady body. I think Green just might be able to do this. Lord knows the crowd will be going CRAZY for every big shot he throws.

Greenidge: Green will KO Jones

Danny Green?s American sparring partner Anthony ?Ice? Greenidge has predicted a win for the Australian over boxing great Roy Jones Jr. The New Yorker has worked as a sparring partner to Antonio Tarver, Arthur Abraham and Jermain Taylor and says Jones will not know what hit him on Wednesday at the Acer Arena, Homebush, Sydney, NSW, Australia. Greenidge said. ?No offense intended, but Danny doesn?t fight like your typical white boy,? he said. ?They tend to be straight up and walk forward and throw one-two. But Danny can move when he wants to move and he also has the ability to throw punches when he wants to. Danny Green will knock Roy Jones out. He punches too hard and too consistently. Roy Jones Jr won?t know what?s hit him.?

I didn't see one person who thought Bute KO would be the result.
The fight game is very funny sometimes...even after the weigh-in (where Andrade looked very soft), I still thought Bute would play it safe for 12 rounds.

What if you had parlayed Andre Ward ITD to Lucian Bute ITD? One very unlikely parlay winner!
