5Dimes has Bayaar-135/Edwards+105. Looking at their records, Chris Edwards beat Paul Edwards SD 12 in June of this year. Shinny on the other got dummied by the same guy in the first round in December of last year, his last fight till now. Chris is already scheduled to fight in Jan. of next year. Maybe this looks to obvious, but should not Edwards be the chalk here, at 5Dimes at least? Smells fishy.

Kahn/Peterson

Kahn/Peterson

At +925 I have to believe there is at least a little value in Peterson. I think Kahn's toughest fight was versus Maidana. He showed heart in that one after weathering an onslaught by Maidana. But he beat a broken down Judah, no big deal to me. And Kahn comes prepared, thanks to Roach. Still, I think Peterson is coming to fight and is confident. I'll wait for the rest of the crew to check in before pulling the trigger.

I'm tempted to bet on Peterson at those odds, but I just dont think he has the power that is necessary to put Khan in his place...

BTW, Interesting "staredown" between Froch and Ward.
some funny stuff.
Ward: "I even think Froch is likeable in some ways!"
Grey: "Which?"
Ward: (pausing) "I have got to think about that!"

but the best has to be:
Grey: "Are you a dirty fighter?"
Ward: "Absolutely not!"

Quite tempting line, but I think Kahn will do it.
I have him in several parlays and over mid rounds... even think he propably has a good chance to win late. Looking forward to te fight :toast:

YIKES! If Lunch and the "Z" man are on the Kahn artist, what hope is there for the Peterson play? At least Peterson, though not a whack artist, is fit and motivated. Lets hope for a good, competitive fight.

Yea, agree for the most part. Peterson is a tad wild at times, and he doesn't have Freddie Roach!

Only play for me is inside for Kahn if anything. Maybe the corner of Peterson will stop, or the ref.

The Shinny Bayaar vs. Paul Edwards fight took place right before the BBBofC changed its rule of a fighter who could no longer continue because of a cut would automatically lose the contest however the cut was caused, as long as the other fighter wasn't disqualified, thus resulting in Bayaar's first round TKO loss. Paul Edwards did not pick up the title off of merit, though to be fair the bout only lasted 2 mins before the headclash. Bayaar's the fav because he already holds a SD victory over Chris Edwards.

James Degale's fight is off, not that anyone was considering playing it :mj07:

Ashley Theophane is now facing Ben Murphy, as Nigel Wright failed a brain scan test.

Thanks for the clarification. Did not know about the head butt. Another reason why this forum is the best there is.
