Azizov/DiRocco

Azizov/DiRocco

Well, I like Azizov here. He is not very good albeit; DiRocco is WORSE! Azizov is -240/50. Round prop is 8.5 over-270. DiRocco went 8 rounds once back in 2009 versus a guy with a 7-9-0 record that lost 4 of the last 6. Has stayed busy fighting 6 rounders ever since all nice and cozy in Italy. Why can't this go under 8.5 I ask?

I like Seth Mitchell over Ibragimov. Seth staying busy; Ibragimov 1 year layoff.

here in Europe you could get Mit. at -150 or even better odds at the us books he is at -300... one line is misspriced... but we will know after the fight...

Just looking at Bayaar/Edwards fight. Edwards is a relentless pub type fighter that never stops charging forward and throwing. Bayaar is more skilled I suppose, but his work gets a little wild and has led to cuts being dished out and taken in his fights. He is known to be a true fighter type, and Edwards equally no nonsense and love to mix it up.

They fought a couple years ago and by the accounts was an action packed fight with Bayaar getting the split decision. Bayaar is coming off a year of inactivity (not sure why) and with the one round stoppage loss (due to a bad cut) he really hasn't been in a real bout in over a year and a half. Might play into Edwards hands, especially with his relentless style. Could steal a few rounds early on sheer aggression.

I think the fight is very tough to call but it may be worth betting on the fight not to go the distance at the juicy odds. Both guys are warrior types, have solid chins, and don't hit too hard. However the styles and attitudes of both men lead me to believe this will be another all action fight. Given the history of cuts with Bayaar, his inactivity, and the fact both aren't spring chickens I think its possible this fights doesn't go a bloody 12 again.

I'm seeing close to 3-1 for the fight not to go the distance, I'll bite.

Fight to end late rounds is definatly worth a play from my point of view... besides my most favorite bet :toast:

Added a fun play on Edwards to win in the second half of the fight at 12-1. Bayaar's last real fight against Sexton he controlled the first half of the fight but slowed down a little and sort of stumbled to the finish line. Edwards seems to finish as strong as he starts...

Also added Theophane/Murphy not to go the distance. Murphy fought two weeks ago and is a lightweight. Obviously taking this fight as its a great opportunity and he'll get a decent pay day. But imo Theophane is pretty good and he'll be out of his depth. Although I will hedge myself in saying I don't know too much about Murphy, from what it looks like he is nothing special. Anyways Theophane has several good names on his resume and I don't anticipate too many problems for him. Although his KO rate looks horrible his wide loopy punches do pack a decent pop and his opponent is not a boxer/mover type. Apparently he is a straight forward, swing for the fences type.

So many advantages for Theophane here I think its unlikely Murphy can go a full 12.

Khan/Peterson prop

Khan/Peterson prop

Khan wins in rounds 7-12+184(5Dimes). Figure in SHOULD go 6 hopefully, and since Khan inside seems decent at -136, why not get 6 rounds past 6 at plus money?

Going with Pryor Jr. tonight. If Adonis doesn't knock him out I'm not sure he can outbox Pryor. Pryor will not stand in front of Adonis and trade so it seems like a bad matchup for the banger Adonis. The only time Adonis stepped up to a live body he was stopped in two rounds. Tried to search for the details of that TKO loss to Boone but to no avail. Although in interviews with Adonis he doesn't discredit that loss so I'm guessing it was legit. Not sure what that says for his durability. Pryor been in with the better competition and fared decently, most notably a victory of Librado Andrade.

Will play Pryor +220 and the U9.5 +200 in smaller sized bets. Just think there's some value in both lines.

Of course time will tell.

Even thinking about Alcine over Lemieux although I'm afraid of another Golovkin/Simon finish in this one. Line does seem a little steep considering Lemieux doesn't have a good win under his belt and now his stamina is really in doubt.
