I thought the 2nd a bit better than the 1st for Cleverly.... if he keeps gaining momentum.. could be good.

the Italian fella missed out on the fundamentals, even the commentators said the more he gets hit , the higher up his head goes- no chin tuck. Clev couldn't miss, congrats all Mitchell and Clev under bangers.....
all things considered,it was a nice performance...he took what the guy gave him...he`s got a sneaky-quick right hand for a white guy..
Just got back from picking up the car from the shop
Cleverly and Mitchell paid for most of the damage

Under wagers are making a killing this weekend. Might have to hedge on the over wager on tonights fight Concep/Santiago. I still like the over on Pen/Morel but not at the current price.

Great day so far.
For tonight, I am hoping for more Latin Fury than Pinoy Power.
My picks are:
Santiago +150 small
Santiago decision +460 small
Morel -115 Large
Morel by decision +180 Large
I love Morel over Penalosa. Gerry took a beating last time out. I think Morel can box circles around him tonight. Morel looks to be in good form at the weigh-in.
Santiago is a longer shot, but the odds are very nice. I expect this fight to be close down the stretch. Either Concepcion gets him out late or we have close cards.
and 5 bucks each on the DRAW in both fights !

NO PLAY on Montiel as he looked like crap last time out, and I know nothing about the opponent. I have Nonito in one parlay (got him early), but will just hedge that off with a small play on Vargas (Provo, Mitchell, Cleverly, Donaire being the last piece).
