i wouldn`t be embarrassed by the jordan play...by the 4th i wasn`t sure which way it was gonna swing.....jordan was just missing with some big right hooks....he fought well while it lasted...

actually the whole card was damned good...liked that kid patrick lopez...aggressive,strong lefty....he`s gonna make for some really good fights...

i may take a small hedge on the vargas play with a shane inside the distance or an under play...

this could be a snoozer...but,something tells me they`re gonna stand in and trade...

i`* be surprised to see it go 12,even though that`s the prevailing wisdom...

Frank and Box on opposite sides in the Vargas fight...Dang this makes it difficult for me...I know Shane is buds with Chico Corrales, but is that enough to put me on the Sugar Man??? ;-)~

I can't find value in Vargas.
He has no chance in this fight.

Parlay :
Mosley and the Over 11.5 rounds.

Shane will not be affected by Vargas power and Vargas simply can not outbox Shane.
I am worried about how bad Shane has looked as of late,but Vargas showed me nothing in his last 2 fights other than flat out boredom.

Don't like going against you Boxlock, but afraid I am going to here.

Thats exactly the way I feel about the Mosley-Vargas fight, esp after watching Mosley's last fight against the very slow handed Cruz. Shane couldn't land more than one punch at a time against that scrub at 147, he could be in trouble tonight.

Vargas has been keeping his weight down between fights and started using a nutritionist to properly lose the rest of the weight. He was already at 154 a week and a half ago so he won't be drained at all. Vargas was fired up and very confident at the press conference, it was his idea to bet Mosley 100,000 on a KO. Should be a great fight if they both show up.
