Bradley-Alexander aftermath

Bradley-Alexander aftermath

Dana White called the Bradley-Alexander fight "horrendous" & said if he ran HBO he would yank the replays off the air.

White also called Alexander a quitter and said he was "crazy blinking."

For all the buildup and anticipation, I have to say the Strikeforce MMA card was way better. 95% ALexander's fault to. Bradley is what he is, but at least he gives every bit of himself to the sport. Alexander honestly did a lot of damage to himself and HBO last Saturday.

Good article on the anticipation and letdown of Bradley-Alexander:

I agree. There is a lot I don't like about Dana but he allways calls this type of situations right.

I just thought about this last night while I was trying to sleep (... yeah I know ...). You don't even have to go in old times to see who Alexander really is. That way of stopping the fight I bet you couldn't see a lot even on amateur level. He was paid with 7 figures and he couldn't man up and box 2 rounds more and loose properly? Same situation that Romi nailed with Arreola in last week thread.

HBO and their rematch clauses

Oh and fuck you Devon and "your willingnes to die in the ring" and bravado before the fight you punk loudmouth.

BTW I won money on that fight.

I like Tomas Rojas over Nobuo Nashiro. Is it just me, or he has a great chance to win, especially being underdog.

I'm going to hold off on posting any plays until all the sportsbooks have the odds out

Oddessa released his, but most of the books are still empty at the moment

Better for all players to see where everything lines up

Don't want to give the books any tips

Most of them are copy and pasters

I'm pretty sure I promised myself I will never bet Mora again after his performance against Mosley but I just took him @ -323 2u.
I think if he fights in same style he wins handily.
Concern here is what if he decided to be exiting after bad reviews he got for last fight.

...

I don't have Mora or Vera but the danger in taking Mora is location. Mora's the much better boxer but Vera is agressive and you never know what judges see.

Mora at -300 looks like a steal, but its true the location is def. a concern!!!

I got Chatman and Rojas, IMO both are live!

ESPN Friday Night Fights

ESPN Friday Night Fights

There seems to be some Chatman money coming in at the books - I've never seen Hatley or Chatman so I can't comment

I agree with MayorgaFan on the main event tonight - very dangerous spot for Mora backers.

If Vera was a little higher plus number, I would play him.

I was ringside at Staples Center for Mosley-Mora.
Sergio blew the fight - he gives away rounds - particularly late.

He also punches as hard as a 14 year old girl.

There is NO WAY I can back Mora here.

He should win a wide decision if HE IS AWAKE. But that's honestly a 50-50 chance with him.

He was listless several times in his career (Forrest rematch, Mosley, Ayala).

He made a million bucks on the Contender, won a world title, and honestly, I don't think the guy gives a flying fuck about boxing.

I could see this fight being 100-90 Mora, but I could just as easily see 96-94 Vera in Texas. The hometown kid is always going to give an honest effort, and I can't say the same about the Latin Snake.

Mora should win, but I have a weird feeling about this fight.

I also think Franco wins EASILY. Way too slick for Miranda.

Chris Chatman/Charles Hatley Under 6? +250 (single pop)

I think Hatley cruises here and if you lookat the guys he DID NOT kncok out, they are veterans that go rounds like Marcos Primera

Leonilo Miranda/Luis Franco Under 7? +200 (single pop)

Not 100% sure if Franco is legit but 30 of Miranda's 32 wins are by KO and most of them early. I just see him pressing this and potentially get caught.
