Congrats El Maachi backers - 100% deserved.
Biased aside, he wanted it more than Witter and Lynes.
The Lynes split decision was the real ticket - that was the fortune needed.
At the head of the show, during the live bookie segment, the announcers stated that "NO MONEY" had shown for Witter or Lynes.
The futures were all bet on McIntyre and El Maachi.
However, I imagine that William Hill and others made a lot back during the broadcast - lots of Witter money came in during the event.
Witter looked sharp and a lot of support was showing live.
In the end, the decision was just.
