had the over on it :(

Calderon giving his opponent a bxing lesson...looks to be going 12 rds...7 in the books and cald has won every rd...I hedged my over wager :(. I stand to make all of 50 bucks if it goes 10 1/2

I hedged back Mepranum with lofty parlay odds, and still got a small profit out of Miranda. Thanks Romi for reminding me not to get overconfident, and scalp it back. I'm not sure if I would've hedged quite as much, if you didn't point out the obviousness of the situation.

Excellent week overall, thanks to Vera!!

I watched the last 4 rounds of the Calderon fight... I'm gettin' a little bit tired of the little guy. I guess he was outboxing Iribe, but he was doing a shitload of running too.

Let's get'em next week fellas!!! :0074

Showed a mild profit on the week. Hope the board held onto the nice wins from yesterday. Lots of good fights on the horizon!

I'm all for hitting and not getting hit, but when they don't have enough pop to smash a fly, it can get quite boring. Calderon is good but he is beatable.

Congrats on the good week Brother!

Appreciate it Quanah but no props due in my direction this week. I won on all big favorites. Huge Props to you for pointing out The Vera wager and props to those that were smart enough to bet it!

Well, you were safe betting the over Romi. I should of known not to bet on a fight ending by cuts. Lesson learned the hard way.

Let's get'em next week!

Anybody have a result on Fed/Goofie? Dimes put out a line but I didn't bite. Goofie came in at a decent weight and I didn't like the way Fed was pushing off on Butler. He got away w/it v Butler but that's going to tire the small hvy when he steps it up and is forced to go rds. IIf Good has anything in the tank, The Ruskie will have his hands full.

You made some very valid arguments that it may not go the dst. I also got a look at Cald in a pic and it looked like he has a nasty scar near the rt eye. This simply wasn't the guy to expose the old man...but he inevitably will be. Somebody with a persistant determined attack will get to him.

Heavyweight Lance ?Mount? Whitaker (35-6-1, 28 KOs) won a twelve round split decision over up-and-coming Andrey Fedosov (21-2, 17 KOs) on Saturday night at the famed Hollywood Palladium in Hollywood, California. Fedosov dropped the 38-year-old Whitaker with a left hook in round five, but in the end Whitaker prevailed 115-112, 114-113 on two cards. Fedosov was up 115-112 on the third card.
