On Monday, a Clarke County judge denied bond for Clint McNeil and set $25,000 bonds for Johnson and David McNeil.
Johnson and David McNeil have been released from the Clarke County Jail on bond.
Chambliss' body was found Jan. 3 on U.S. 11 in Clarke County near the Lauderdale County line in a car that belonged to his sister. He had been shot once in the head.
Sheriff Todd Kemp said the case will be presented to a grand jury in September. If convicted, Clint McNeil could face the death penalty. David McNeil and Johnson could receive up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $1,000.
