Sonny Boy Jaro vs. Adrian Hernandez
on the undercard of the Edgar Sosa fight this Saturday in Mexico

wasn't this fight supposed to happen a few weeks ago?
and then cancelled?

I'm trying to recall if this is the one we were talking about....

someone on boxrec posted this following:

"The WBC decided to make one tournament to get an official contender or new champion, this is in the bouts Sony Boy Jaro vs. Adrian Hernandez and Juanito Rubillar Vs. Omar Ni?o. The winners of those bouts will fight to get the official contender status. Edgar Sosa is still the champion until he loses or decides to climb flyweight."

My plays so far..

My plays so far..

Monty Meza Clay +115 -Medium
Fernando Beltran Jr. didn't handle the pressure well that Miguel Roman put on him and Monty is a pressure fighter. Beltran consistantly let Roman inside without paying the price and Monty should be able to do the same. I know Monty lost to Jorge Solis in his last fight, but the referee came in way too soon and Solis is a much better fighter than Beltran Jr. There is a clip of the stoppage below. Monty dodges the majority of the punches and the referee still stops it. I guess you can't get hit once or its over.

Ustinov Vs. Sprott Under 6.5 -120- Small

Sprott has a glass jaw.

Jaro Vs. Hernandez Under 9.5 -115- Small
Both guys are good punchers and both guys can be hurt. Also, there is the incentive of a title shot to the winner.

I took the over on Pas/Diac -290 9 1/2. The line is pretty wide now. I have Burns straight and in a parlay -600.

What's up with Sportsbetting? No new lines. They used to follow up sportsbook with identical lines and now they are very slow to get out new lines. They have all of 2 boxing wagers available right now. Bodog is also slow to get out their new lines but at least they have a list of new fights. Dimes is good but they keep those feelers out for a bit long. Thegreek is solid as ever with their lines and max payouts. Any comments?

I just emailed sportsbetting regarding this
they have been good for about 4 weeks now
and now this
right back to the old problems
I wouldn't be surprised if they don't appear all weekend
very aggravating

Klitchko by 12 round decision is +220!
I think this is the most likely outcome anyway. Chagaev is extrimly durable, if Sam Piter and Ibragimov can last distance then Chagaev has a great chance to do the same.
Pascal I think good underdog too.
And I like Romi bets on Burns and over on Pascal vs Diaconu. I did not place money on those because of the price, but both should hit.
Next week I really like Chris John bet. I re-watch first fight twice. Two thing about this fight. Chris John taken this second fight very seriously and unlike for the first fight, this time he spent 4 weeks training in L.A. Second thing, if it is true then John was sick when he fought first time(he said that even sick he can beat Juarez ) then Juarez just does not stand a chance. Eather way, I feel that only one winner can be and this is John. It should be wide decision for him this time.
Also Juarez does not have following even in Huston. John is big Indonesian hero. LA is closest location for Indonesian to immigrate so I expect pro John atmosphere this time.

"the bunker"
fock monty meza clay is now the favorite

conway's articles are fruity

i read his older ones too

he thinks he's thoreau

i never liked clay...the guy`s a midget....anybody think that beltran,a lefty and about 6 inches taller has a real shot on his home turf(or is the weight difference just too much)?...

so tempted to take a whack at beltran....f.w.`s write-up has me double clutching,though....

I agree GW. I don't know who wins this but + odds for home fighter who is lefty, much taller and more experienced I like. MaxBoxing crew (Gabe and Marty) also like him.
I just took him @ +120 5dimes

to weasel and olddirty

I am not betting this fight, but if I did I would go with you guys. Meza-Clay was stopped in his two biggest fights. His record was built up in West Virginia. His biggest win is against a TOTALLY faded Aiken. and he is TINY. My lean is Beltran.

I'm not in love with him either, but for the reasons olddirty mentioned, I think he wins.
good luck.
