"the bunker"
way too many fricking fights of late are seeing guys pull out at the last minute.....been a slew of em....

i`ve read that the first akinwande/platov fight was disputed.....i`d love to know why platov pulled out...may have been legit....and i`ve read that platov is nothing special...that`s why i took a shot with `enery....

i do know that akinwande is a very difficult, albeit boring, guy to fight....

oh well....we may never know...

Adding

Sakata-Vasquez Over 11.5 -275...lay 1.1 to win .40

Rodriguez-Dyer Under 4.5 -200...lay .50 to win .25

Allright, this is the last time I lay juice on an Under...lol. I read that Rodriguez is going for the early KO in this fight (as usual) and I think he gets it done in the first 4 rounds

Future

Williams over Margarito by 12 round decision +362...lay .15 to win .55

I actually like Margarito in this fight, but I don't see Williams stopping Marg so this play has tremendous value. Will probably add Marg -120 as a hedge but I'm waiting to see how much the line will move.

Also grabbed a small piece of Barrera at +270

I had a decnt week. I wagered kind of large on mack to win a nice payout, lost a smallish bet on adamek, won a nice over wager on Salgado, lost the same amount on Pov under, won my biggest payout on bidenko over. I'm considering the over on Vas/Sak. I think the fight itself is too close to call and no value on what is essentially, a pic em fight. Good luck.

I think the line is done moving, didn't get as high as I thought but +105 / +115 is a decent scalp so I'm buying a little back to give me better odds with less risk...

Holy-Savarese Under 9.5 +105...lay .50 to win .55

Scalp...Over 9.5 +115...lay .20 to win .25

Risking .25 to win .35

The Roman-Alonso fight just went Over 2.5 rounds easily, I'm kicking myself for not playing it at -120, and I thought about parlaying it at -177

When Alonso weighed almost a pound over the limit I thought he was just there for a paycheck and early exit...scared me off, oh well

Rodriguez stopped Dyer in the 2nd round

Maybe those Unders aren't so bad after all...lol

Played that one pretty big and was a little nervous, time to celebrate

Holyfield wins by 10 round UD

That fight was very close to staying Under several times. Savarese rocked Holy big time with an uppercut in round 3 but for some reason he didn't go for the KO. Holyfield had Sav out on his feet in round 4 and several other times throughout the fight, dropped him hard at the end of round 9.

Good fight

Call me lucky but I placed a last min wager (fighters were in the ring) on Oldy by dec @+174. Not a huge amount but it covered my wager on adamek and improves on an already good week. I couldn't even listen to streamline after the knockdown...I thought it was over. From what I did hear on streamline the announcers were making Oldy out to be the next champ. He was fighting Lou Savarese for Christs sake.

The judge that had it 96-91 must have wanted Holyfield to retire. Evander had 3 10-8 rounds because of knockdowns.Take away the knockdowns and give Evander those rounds 10-9.
His scorecard would have read Lou 94-93. I thought Holyfield took rounds off but did enough to win the fight even without the knockdowns.

Both need to retire.Lou says he is done and I believe him this time.
I wish Evander would as well.He looked decent against a stationary fighter with no big wins.Decent is not good enough to get any title shot and Evander has no real following to speak of anymore for a PPV title fight anyway and promoters know it.

I tried to tell box Evander is the real deal again since his shoulder is now fix. I think Evander has a very good shot at getting the title back. Anyone know which one of the eight heavyweight titles you think he should go after first? It is sad in a way because nothing in sports compares to a dominate heavyweight. Sad part is that they are all on the NFL or NBA courts Maybe someday Shawn Merriman can step up. Hopefully not when he is 35:SIB

Actually his score would've been 96-94 if you change the three 10-8 rounds into 10-9 rounds, but I get your point
