At 5'5" Parra is average height for 122 lbs. Caballero at 5'11" is freakishly tall for his weight and has a 6" height advantage over most of his opponents, so height is not really the issue here. If you wanted to make a relevant arguement against Parra it would be that he fought at 112 a few years ago, while Cab is a legit 122 lber
Parra was a world class fighter going into the rematch with Sakata, he missed weight by 5 lbs proving he outgrew the weightclass, now he's looking for a new one. At +360 I'll take my chances with a great fighter having full homefield advantage

As far as having a relevant argument, I was well aware that Parra fought for years at 112 winning a string of 6 DECISIONS against good comp. Caballero knows how to use that 5'11" and Parra is listed at 5'4.5" on boxrrec. It's tough enough for standard super bantams to deal with the freakish Caballero never mind a longtime flyweight. Caballero knows how to wing those long arms into the sides/ribs when nothing else is avialalble. I doubt Parra makes it through 8 rounds. Parra backers will need some Venezualan shenanigans to get him the victory.
The Lacierva fight was mentioned, well Lacierva has fought as high as 130 prior to Caballero and seemed to be settlingl into 122-126 which is a big difference from a long time at 112. Ponce has got one loss and that's to Caballero which will be more impressive when Ponce handles Lopez
