I also saw KD fight Koba last time out. Not sure he has much in the way of real talent as relates to pure boxing skills. Joel, of course, is world class. Just seems to miss the mark by a c**ts hair in his last few. But LOOK at his opponents. I think this will be more on the brawl side of the ledger. Maybe even sloppy and ugly. I too feel KD will give Joel many good looks to unload. I was surprised at the price when it hit the board. WHY would he be such a small chalk versus a relative unknown? What are those shrewd oddsmakers thinking? Cotto should handle his guy. He will NOT be as anxious as he was versus Chop, as he was trying to impress, and that is not his style. I bet Lucia over Christy Martin @-150. The MGM-Mirage-Mandalay Bay conglomerate has it -250 two days ago. Back to Casa, I agree, beware Top Rank and Arum. Does that criminal Arum know something we don't? There was a huge robbery at the Gold Coast last nite: Ruiz-Garcia. Boos for ten minutes. I thought Casa got mugged versus Castillo, so who knows? KD's resume is garbage, so why the low number on Joel? Smell fish?

I just took the bait and played Casa -120 for one unit...Hopefully Casa is tired of being robbed and his beefs that he won the fights against Castillo and CorralesII needs some confirmation, and hopefully it will happen here tonight...

Jack,
I'll be back from Cabo on 4/6 so we will definitely hook up when you're in town,
e-mail me and I'll send ya my cell #, looking forward to it......

Box,
wasn't worried, being an Aries I like confrontation; but, like a good lawyer I didn't ask a ? I didn't know the answer to, I know what it was in regards to, just wanted to know why he felt it was relevant to you and I (it isn't).
Will check mail later for stuff from you and MJ, off to the pool now, gotta get brown for tonight - dinner at Four Seasons, 3rd row at "O" at Bellagio, then off to the Venetian for a Gondola ride.
Life in Vegas is tough.....

Must be Sonny's Birthday... :)

Go Casa!!! Even though we know Arum is a criminal outside of the ring, Casa is a criminal inside the ring...He is the "master" of getting away with cheap shots, and uses his head as a third fist at times...I may double up my play on him.

I just got a call from a guy who is in NYC and went to the weigh in yesterday. Says Joel looks a little drawn. At any rate, my play is KD. I love Casamajor, but I go with the dog tonite.

I'm taking a little off the Tyson under 3.5

Now laying .45 to win .25

I still like the play and I'm not concerned about Tyson wanting to get in some rounds. I'm downgrading the under b/c I have a sh*tload on Tyson inside distance. When I posted the under for a half unit, I didn't know I would be playing the inside distance prop so big.

The adjustment will better reflect the value of my personal play in comparison to how much I layed on the inside distance prop

Made a couple more small adjustments in value to better reflect my personal plays.

Casamayor over...lay .9 to win .75

Cotto under...lay .5 to win .35

Tyson -550 at pinnacle!!!

Tyson -550 at pinnacle!!!

I'm replacing my Tyson inside distance play with Tyson straight up at -550

Lay 2.75 to win .5

For those of you that already played Tyson inside distance, don't worry, its not going the distance.

I had to load up on this one fellas

Read this at another forum...

"The one thing that really stands out about McBride is his handspeed. . . that is, the complete lack of it! He is S-L-O-W!! Think of a guy throwing punches underwater, and you've got a good idea of how fast McBride moves his hands."

Couldn't have said it better myself

I just cant believe Tyson can ever win another fight an you ????

You obviously haven't seen McBride fight, he's absolutely horrible. Boxrec has ranked 150th in the division.

Wiliams is a much better fighter than McBride. Kevin has absolutely no speed, very limited skills, less power than Danny, and a very fragile chin.

Tyson was beating the sh*t out of Williams before he seriously injured his knee. He had Williams hurt, out on his feet, and flaling around the ring several times in the 1st round. Tyson tore the ligaments at the end of the first round and the fight totally changed.

It took Williams 2.5 rounds and 20 unanswered shots to finish the injured Tyson off. As slow as McBride is, he won't be able to get off 20 shots the entire fight.

There's no dought in my mnid that Tyson would have finished Williams off in the 2nd round had he not severely injured the knee. If you don't think so, you didn't watch the fight.

People keep giving Mike sh*t for losing the fight instead of giving him much deserved props for actually fighting 2.5 rounds with torn ligaments in his knee.

Anyway
Everyone that thinks McBride will win tonight is basing their opinion on the fact that Tyson got KO'd by Williams in his last fight. If Tyson hadn't twisted his knee and stopped Williams in the 2nd, the line and opinions would be completely different. I know that fight was a fluke win for Williams and now I get a very cheap line on Tyson.

The funniest part of this whole thing is that most of the McBride backers haven't seen how horrible the guy is.

Like I said before, Tyson will have to twist both knees to lose this fight.

........................................................

No we arnt. We are basing it on the fact that Tyson is 40, off his meds, and a head case.

I watched alot of Tysons fights. I will tell you one thing, if Tyson can't get to McBride early, he may
freak and just give in to a good right hand.

You don't get 27 KOs being slow even it is against chumps. That power comes from somewhere. And we all know that Tyson can be hit and hurt.

In another fight Tyson lost, the report was he had a broken back during the fight. wtf. I guess a doctor will say anything for cash after the fight.

If it goes beyond the 3 rounds I will be happy.

Honestly think the dogs may bark but we will see.
