11th to Rojas
the single CLEAREST round of the fight
and now it is unqestionable to to me
the Japanese star needs a KO to keep his title
I have only given him 3 (maybe 4 rounds)
3 minutes to go

Hasegawa noque? Roche in the first round!
For NotiFight.com
Jul 14, 2009 - 7:52:53 AM

The Japanese Hozumi Hasegawa made the ninth defense of his crown rooster of the World Boxing Council (CMB), the noquear only the first assault on the American Nestor Rocha, one of the major battles of the board of double world championship which took place this Tuesday night at the World Memorial Hall, in the port city of Kobe in Japan.

Rocha had decided to get a positive result in his first world title fight, but was quickly decrypted with a powerful combination of hands, topped with a lot of power left, which sent him to the canvas for the first time.

The Californian made the attempt to continue the duel, but Hasegawa was not very long walk and again sent to the canvas with a series of stunning blows. Although the visitors tried to follow the referee Gary Ritter had no choice but to suspend the shares by the clear dominance experienced by the Japanese. The knockout was only about 2:28 minutes of the first round.

With this result, Hasegawa improved his record to 27-2, with 10 nocauts. He completed his ninth defense of the crown gallo CMB won in April 2005, when passed by the Thai decision Poongsawat Sahaprom and confirmed as one of the best cocks in the world pesos, with nine of the outer defenses. Rocha, however, fell to 21-2, with 7 nocauts.

Supposedly the first round is round robin style
and the top 4 records advance
they don't all fight every other fighter....i don't think
I am a bit confused myself

but I found it interesting all the fighters showed up at the presser...but Ward
I won on Ward against Miranda...but dude seems to have his own agenda...wonder why he missed the press conference?....
