Lebedev destroyed him. This dude is FOR REAL. I think Marco Huck better look for another dance partner. Lebedev is the best kept secret in boxing.

Congrats Quanah :toast: :toast: :toast:

This makes for a nice comeback week after my worst on the year.:00hour

Serious Romi??? SWEEEEEEET!!! Thanks for the update!

I like both the unders/ITD from Agua Caliente because that ring is pretty small as Thong can attest to.

Actually taking off for Agua Caliente in a few. Thong, you gonna be in attendance?

Shoot, I missed it. Very early fight. Anyone see it here?

Lebedev is a seriously bad dude. Just looking at him you can see it in every fiber.

All cruiserweights better be afraid, very afraid. :scared :scared

Hey, how about a move up a division and a showdown with Adamek. I think this dude may be even sturdier stock than Tomasz.

Wasn't he some kind of Russian Blue Beret?

I was looking forward to this one myself and was planning on catching it around 2 or 3 Pacific. It's actually been over for 2 hours. Pretty good article on Lebed @boxingscene. He took those 4 yrs off to tend to his family. Apparently boxing wasn't paying him enough so he was working.

Youtube is a Godsend. Without the footage of his fights, I don't place that wager. This guy is a bonafide wrecking machine. I put him at the top of the division.

Yep, he beats everyone at 200 including Huck and Cunningham and by KO.

Not only is he a killer but he has deceiving speed and reflexes which adds to how dangerous he is.

In Lebedev's interview in Russian language I heard he said that he could not find good manager or promoter that was interested in him. That is why he said he stopped pro boxing. But 4 years later he meet on the street Povetkin who knew him from armatures. Povetkin said to his manager that Lebedev is the real deal. And this is how he found his new manager. Povetkin and Lebedev lived in the same city in Russia.

Bradley/ Abregu under 11 1/2 LARGE at -165.

I just think Abregu is a face first fighter who cuts, runs out of gas and gets hurt badly by fighters who can't punch.

Bradley's KO percentage is kind of Fucked. He has not had a stoppage in years and yet he hurt Nate Campbell, decked Witter and also Peterson who all have good chins.

Good luck boys!!!

The fight between WBO/WBA/WIBF flyweight champion Susi Kentikian (27-0, 16 KOs) and Arely Mucino (11-0-1, 6 KOs) ended in a third round technical draw after the ?Killer Queen? suffered a bad cut on her hairline after an unintentional head clash. Kentikian keeps her world titles.

...

TD in a female fight... :scared

Pac/Floyd is now officially OFF according to Arum. He said the fight might occur next yr. Can't think of a single bigger fight than this since Hearns/Leonard. They are both in their prime and as boxing goes, ANYTHING can happen in their next fight and one of the great matchups of all time may not occur at all. Damn shame. Arum says not to blame Floyd but looks to me like he didn't exactly go out of his way to make the fight happen.

Is there a rule that determines wether it is a No contest or a technical draw??

Announced as technical draw

Announced as technical draw

Except the British or UK books?

It was announced as a technical draw by the German ring announcer, and when Joe Cortez was conferring with ringside officials he was told in English "technical draw". So, here we go again ... I guess a technical draw or no decision result only matters to players who had the over/under. ... The Mexican girl had a strong first round, Susi was boxing well in the second and the third was hard fought, with Mucino aggressive, Susi countering, when heads came together and that was that.

i really liked the way this girl mucino hit the pads.....she had real snap on her punches(unlike many women fighters)....

oh well...we`ll never know what would have happened....maybe there will be a rematch...and my guess is i`ll never see 7-1 again in this life if these two fight again...
