RESULTS
Mundine W12 Jerez

Also, Australian tough-guy Alex Leapai Ko'd Travis Walker in 4. Walker has got to hang'em up.

Lines are starting to show now. I'm having a hard time finding anything worthy this week.

Some more lines are out.

I like Mark Jason Melligen for -115 over Anges Adjaho. Anges moving up in weight.

Also think Hopkins beats Might Mike pretty easy.

Mendy beat Horton by stoppage
it looked like a bad early stop
I didn't bet any of these prizefighter bouts.....I am usually brave with these, but I couldn't figure these out

Weekend doggie play

Weekend doggie play

I'll be back with some more picks later, but I wanted to throw this one out there.

Jeannine Garside (+1000) - small I understand what any visiting fighter faces heading into Germany, plus these chick fights have virtually no chance of a ko, but... Garside is one of best fighters in her division. As I understand it, all of her 3 loses could well have been wins. Physically she looks in fantastic shape. Ina Menzer has not always dominated her opponents. She has been in a few close fights. I've seen her a few times and I think she is beatable. On a neutral site, I'd make Menzer a 2 or 3 to 1 favorite tops, which makes the 10 to 1 spread just about right from Germany.

My thoughts is that this will be a highly competitive fight, and Menzer will probably win a 99-91 decision. At +1000 though, I'll take a shot that Garside puts in a great performance, and more unlikely, is somehow not screwed on the cards. SD Garside.

McClowskey/Laurie rematch ordered . Can anybody believe this nonsense? I didn't think the 1st fight was remotely close by the time Laurie got sparked. I can't recall seeing such a whining crying byatch in years. I still believe the shot was legit just after Laurie hit on the break. This fight proves nothing. Shame on the EBU for demanding the rematch.

I was luck to get Melligen early at -115. Right afte that the line dropped.
Under 8.5 @+275 seems to be pretty good as well, even though its a gamble, but Adjaho is moving up 2 divisions....

I was about to bet Hopkins at -385 as well, but when I confirmed my bet, the new line was -500, and I cant really get excited about that.

I also have a bet on Ina over 7 @-400, but not that much.

Nothing major anyway.

Hope Melligan takes care of bussniess.

No fightwriter articles this week! :(

I'm on Melligan. I have decent but not great odds. Greek is showing -320 now. Adjaho pulled a bitch move v demarko and blatantly acted like he was hit in the back of the head with a sledgehammer while he was on his way down. Fortunately the ref didn't buy it and he was counted out. Adj IMMEDIATELY got up to complain after he went down in a heap :mj07:. Adjaho has some skills and he is a good counter puncher but I can't see him taking the steady pressure of mell over the course. I don't quite understand the jump in 2 wt classes. Adjaho had a lack of pop at 135. What will he have @ 147 to keep Mell off of him??? ...hopefully nothing. Good luck!

I was first to mention the Melligen price which was an absolute steal. I can easily hedge and still make some solid coin at this point but I feel strongly Melligen will come through with the victory.

I have more or less the same bets as my buddy Zerwas but missed the -115 on Melligen...

Regarding McDonnell - Bracco... I bet a few bugs on Bracco or draw at +2000 ... very unlikly but at those odds worth a small play from my point of view.

GL to the Crew

Cheers
