Rosales landing at will in the 3rd round, its his fight to lose

I didn't realize Rosales had a 4" height advantage, thought he was more like 5'9" instead of 5'11"

Wish I would've been around when 5dimes opened +125 on the much better fighter

Im really kicking myself for not taking rosales, especially at the + odds yesterday. I liked the Harris over but I opted for the over on Karass tonight and am now 0-2 on the week for 2 decnt size wagers. Not going to make it up this week. Oh well, it was a nice streak while it lasted.

A VERY bloody week w/the stock market and then 2 losses on the wagers made for THE worst money week ever. Let's not do that again! Good luck tomorrow everybody!

Money Management...Part II

Adding a small hedge on todays Larsen parlay, just to secure a nice profit for the week...

Hamdan over Larsen +700...lay .05 to win .35

Tua came in at 237, his lowest weight in 6 yrs. This one shouldn't last too long. The odds are now +1500 for Montana. W/tua in good shape, I'm not even taking the bait on that one.

Does anyone have an opinion on John/Takemoto over @-180 11 1/2 rds? I like the wager but would probably take John by dec if the prop came up. Any comments would be appreciated.

This is a slow week with boxing and MMA. Picks up big time next week. I can't believe some of you guys having me watching these shitty fights on a Friday night. :mj07: I don't know how you guys do it. I guess it is more handicapping then anything.

Romi...I wouldn't lay the wood on that Over, Takemoto appears to be garbage and he's been stopped before by a light punching 122 lb'er

John is not a big puncher but he could outclass Take to the point where the ref or his trainer steps in and stops the fight, or Take could retire in his corner due to the accumulation of punishment.

At even money it might be worth considering, but I couldn't lay -180 on this one

Btw, keep your head up, you had a great run, it had to end eventually

Thx for the input. My thinking was kind of the same. A late rd stoppage is a good possibility. I'm going to lay off.

As far as going 0-2 this week, I'm not complaining in the least. I lost a decent amount but it's only my 6th losing week on the year. Last year I eked out a small profit in the final month. This year fortunately, I haven't looked back once. It's been one hell of a good year to date. Congrats on yet another nice week for you!

I went 1 to 4 this weekend, but no big money lose.

Absolute brutal ko from Abraham over Gevor in the 11 round, who giving Abraham a hell of a fight.
Gevors head was doing a full circle and he fell to his knees totaly out. referee waved it of didnt even count.
Abraham was getting outworked for the first two minutes and a half of a round but came on strong in the last 30 seconds.
I had the fight dead even going into 11 and Gevor was winning the 11, Abraham throw maybe 5 punches in the first two and a half minute. But he catches Gevor 30 seconds for the bell.

Brutal first round Ko from Frenkel over shane swartz (he was laying 2 minutes on the ground with no movement whatsoever.)
And Hernandez took out Bisbo with a great bodyshot after flooring him with a nice hook also in the 1. round.

Murat won a close but fair dec over motivated but very crude Mackey. Mackey had him hurt in the last round but Murat recovered and ended the round impressive.

Larsen knocked Hamdan down and had him hurt several times but couldnt finish.

Trabant clashed head with grassellini. result TD.

Good night at the fights for me with a great main event.
I lost a couple of hundreds but nothing to worry about.

Romi we will be back in no time.

Good luck to anybody who needs it.

Abraham Ghevor was truly a brutal fight, I was actually very concerned for Ghevor.

He's just too small for a middleweight but still put up a hell of a fight.

Tony got it right, every looked pretty much the same. Abraham covering up for the first 1-2 minutes of each round, befor unleashing his dangerous flurries.

Sdunek said Ghevor just tried to hard, and thats why he lost.

I dont know about that, but went toe to toe with Abraham and the accumulation of punishment eventually caught up on him.

BTW, Abraham is very strong but he has defintely issues with his conditionning.

Frenkel and Hernandez looked promising, even though their opponents were utter bums.

Larsen easily outclassed Hamdan...

Relatively quiet week for me, lost the over on Trabant, clash of heads, but fortunately made it up with my draw bet. :)
