Lenny Daws def. Barry Morrison by KO. KO took place @exactly 1:30 of Round 10 making O/U of 9.5 a PUSH @ some sportsbooks and under a winner at others....

WTF - I thought the limit was 144. This is BS.

That's exactly how I felt Kramden.... as much as I love boxing, I hate it. DeLaWhora sold out Marquez to make the fight. Marquez was already at a huge disadvantage and then they allow this piece of trash to come in smiling at 146- BS is an understatment Kram. .

Fightnews incorrectly listed the time as 1:32. This should be fun. I would prefer Over to the Push or Under. But I watched live and they clearly announced 1:30of round 10. Pain in ass this is gonna be.

Yup, Mayweather is some cheating piece of excrement. He never had any intention of making 144.

Marquez never seems to get a fair shake. Considering they were already hyping Mayweather-Pacquiao at the frign weigh in of Mayweather-Marquez, you get the feeling he's not there to win.

Poor guy. Hopefully he gets paid well enough to make this shit worthwhile.

Well with this surprising weight-in results and the fact that Marquez was only 140 pounds actual weight on fight night with Diaz, I say Mayweather will stop Marquez is likeliest outcome.

From fightnews:

Floyd Mayweather 146 vs. Juan Manuel Marquez 142*
* Contractual weight was the 147 pound welter limit, but penalties were written into the contract for excess poundage over 144. ?The penalty [for Mayweather] was a significant amount of money,? said Golden Boy CEO Richard Schaefer.

My only significant play of the weekend is Katsidis. I really like him in this fight. To me, Escobedo has not looked that great, and so I am betting against him as much as with Katsidis. I think Escobedo's competitive fight against C.Hernandez was telling. The Aussie seems made of tougher stuff, and has fought a much higher level of opponent. So, a big play on Kat, who I got at -115. I see the line is now circa -160 but still a good play imo.

I've also got a very small play on Lorenzo, mostly because I don't like Sylvester's game.

Good luck all!

Mayweather-Marquez should be fun...

I've also got a parlay with Katsidis and Poonsawat over Dunne next weekend. It's +250, and I really like both fights.
