I lost money last week, not much, but still, I had more wrongs then rights, and lost. So it feels kind of awkward to predict Abraham vs Miranda. But I will babble a bit and make a bet. Just to enhance the feeling before I tune in that German channel tonight, ARD.

I see this as a 50/50 fight, so naturally, I will bet on Miranda. I can see Abraham knocking out Miranda early, yeah, I can see that. But I can also see Miranda give Abraham a ruthless fight, something Abraham has never had before. Abraham walked over Ikeke, but Ikeke had nothing to worry the smurf. Eastman had Abraham in trouble all night long and Eastman is a slow dreamer who just walks around the ring. Abraham fights tens, and he has weak stamina. If Abraham don't hurt Miranda he will be in trouble. If there is a second half in this fight, that half will belong to Pantera. I see Abraham turning his back to the fight, I see him complaining to the referee, I see him weeping to his corner. But I see this, only if Abraham don't hurt Miranda.

I play
Miranda over Abraham +230.00, I play it medium.
Miranda by decision +800.00, I play it small
Abraham by DQ +3200, I play it small

Lauri-Bami went the distance, but it was a solid play at those odds

Marquez stopped Garcia in the 7th round...just 27 seconds short of cashing the Over at +155

I've lost at least a dozen round totals this year by less than 30 seconds.

Last year I was on the right side of all the close calls, this year I can't get one to go my way

The luck will change...soon

I won't mislead anymore, I'll be mute. :sadwave:

Buck up little camper

When you're playing at odds of +230...+800...+3200...you can't expect to win every week. I watched the fight and you were VERY close to hitting that +3200 DQ prop, that was a great call win or lose

Keep your head up and get it back next week, I went 0-2 this week and have had a rough year, but this a marathon...not a sprint. In the long run, if you're good, you'll come out on top. I think you're good...keep posting

i see you got cold feet on the abraham/pantera under........

wha` happened?

After the year I've had, every fight gives me cold feet

But to answer your question...I lost my confidence in the Under when Abraham pulled out less than a month ago. Anytime a fighter pulls out and the fight is rescheduled it make me a little nervous, but in this case the fight was rescheduled for just over 3 weeks from the original date. If Abe had a bad virus and was hospitalized for a short while, I don't think 3 weeks is enough time to get back to 100%...just my opinion.

That said, I still thought the Under was very solid and I meant everything I said in franks thread concerning the Under. My opinion of how this fight would go down never changed, and it actually played out that way with Miranda not letting Abe make it a boxing match and both guys getting their chin checked early and often. I just thought one of their chins wouldn't pass the test.

Anyway...due to the strange circumstances leading up to the fight I was unable to recommend a play on Abraham at -230 or the Under at -170.

At one time I had a big bet on the Under -140 but it was rescheduled and Bet365 refunded the wager. I had a small bet on the Under -136 and a larger bet on Abraham -250 at pinnacle that was not refunded so I made a little cash on the split

is there a site for opening lines in boxing?
thx

Not sure if there's a way to find out what the opening lines werem if thats what you're asking

Sportsbook opens their boxing lines first, usually Wed. late afternoon/early evening. Pinnacle hangs theirs an hour or two later, followed by 5dimes
