This could be British underdog's weekend :scared

I have never rated Wolak that highly and Delvin is a good bet at +500. Maybe he busts Wolaks face up??
He is also a good bet to get shafted by the judges :142smilie

Ricky Burns is big for his weight class but I think he is European level at best as is Cook.
This is an Englishman fighting in his backyard against a Scotsman.
If you are Scottish like me you would understand the bitter rivalry.
Cook has a chance on the cards at +450.

Purdy knocked Watson out in round 5 three months ago
I expect Watson to win but he was getting hit by right hands all night before being dummied in round 5. You can get Purdy at +200 at some of the British books.

My bets are Murray to beat Mitchell at -175.

Gavin to beat Woodhouse ITD parlayed with Bellew to beat Mckenzie at -115.
Big class gulf between Gavin and ex-footballer Woodhouse, Gavin is also bigger and he hates Woodhouse as you can tell at the weigh in's.
Bellew beat Mckenzie last time but had to survive knockdowns in the first 2 rounds. I think he beats Mckenzie easier this time as Mckenzie is only dangerous for the first 3 rounds and then starts to run out of steam.

Good Luck!! :toast: :toast: :toast:

i parlayed murray with kawajiri in dream at roughly even money..he has staying power .... ..for murray,i think high guard and steady workrate wins the race....

and kawajiri seldom (if ever) loses to guys he should beat in japan....fickett has his moments...but i still like kawa here as a parlay filler...fickett beats kawajiri and that might be about it for him...

small...waiting for next weekend...

delvin should win 3 or 4 of the first rounds

if he gets first five on jab and crisp combinations, he's at least set up for the draw

wolak fought a scrub on the antillon-soto card, and he was struggling early

nicky cook looks good for a small bite, he was beating roman martinez, seemed like he had too much success early then fell apart

club fighter vs club fighter

Can't resist, I am a degenerate!! :142smilie

Put a bit on Delvin to beat Wolak at +500.

I now guarantee Delvin keeps it close and gets completely fucked on the cards.

vodviguez(teddy) looked done at the end of 6 when he started settling into the corner and the ropes...

his only chnace is the eye now....

but he needs to throw more left hooks...f-ck the right...

vodviguez has a big ninth for 2+ minutes...then lets wolak steal it in the last 30 seconds....

vodviguez is tough, but he`s missing that extra oomph that wins close fights...

Pity there wasn't odds on that prediction.

Hate not winning my bet but glad nobody loses in a fight like that :0074

i honestly thought vodviguez did more damage and landed many more significant punches....

wolak swarms and smothers but really doesn`t land all that many hurting shots..he pushes his shots, but they are straight.....some of his body work was decent...

damned shame for vodviguez...but that`s the life of a perennial road fighter...

wolak`s going to eventually take a terrible beating from a guy who`s slick with some real power...

Jeez! The way Wolak eats shots, his brain is going to liquify and drip out of his ears and sinus cavity soon. Weasel had it right; Delvin just lacks that little bit extra to elevate his game. A habitual second place finisher.

chavez jr can beat him

Agree; this is one guy baby legend can actually beat without help from the scales, his dad, the ref, the judges, and who knows who else. I was thinking just what level of talent has to exist to have bubble head Wolak rated number 10 IN THE WORLD? He is a little crude, unpolished punching machine, that gets mad if he doesn't get hit a lot.

Brian Viloria vs. Julio Cesar Miranda

Brian Viloria vs. Julio Cesar Miranda

(Brian Viloria @ +135)
I hate to say this, but I feel that I'm ever so slightly picking w/ my heart here. Getting that out of the way, Miranda is a power puncher who takes some to give one. Curiously, he likes to switch to southpaw midfight, where he often gets hit more. Viloria is no longer weight drained w/ this fight being for the WBO 112, while Miranda actually had to lose 2 lbs in 3 hrs the day of the weigh in. Purely from a boxing standpoint, it's Viloria's fight to lose, but Viloria loves to mix it up and please the fans, which is how he ended up losing to Carlos Tamara. Also, since we are currently on the hot topic of judging, one of the three has only been doing it for two years, and this will be his first championship bout.
