-> Changes already to up to Urbano Antillon +525, I think this line offers quite some value! :popcorn2

I just watched Rios/Acosta re-play on Showtime. Lord have mercy! Rios managed to survive Acosta, a truly gifted boxer, and take him out. Rios seems to have exceptionally heavy hands and his power is deceptive. He can take a punch to boot. Rios is not what you might call a "polished" fighter, but he is relentless and tough as nails.
Also watched Antillon/Soto. I think Antillon took a worse beating from Soto than Rios took from Acosta. Antillon is somewhat crude, and fights desperate/dirty. I understand the perception of value in a Antillon play, however, I have to give the edge to Rios. Of course, Antillon has a shot as he too is relentless and can take massive amounts of punishment. This might get REAL ugly considering the styles involved here. No way I would lay the lumber on Rios though as he is in tough, surely. If I see a prop that looks good its my only possibility.

Rios by ko

Rios by ko

Rios by stoppage at a UK sportsbook is the best bet. You can get it for around -140

I just doubled my Urbano bet at +550. It is still a smallish bet for me as I think Rios has too much firepower but the Acosta fight might have taken a little out of him.

Pier 6 brawl; Rios/Antillon

Pier 6 brawl; Rios/Antillon

Well, they both eat a lot of shots. Soto thrashed Antillon mercilessly as you well know. Antillon gave some back but he was hurting. I do understand the play on Antillon as I said. Thanks jack for the heads up.

The line is to high from my point of view.
I agree its maybe not going to happen but at >+500

Looking forward to the fight :0corn

I put a small bet on Jesus Gonzales to beat Sierra at -130.

I hate the fact that Gonzales has been so inactive over the years, I hate that he is fighting above his natural weight and I especially hate that I can't find the weigh in weights for this.
When Sierra beat the piss out of George, he came in a few pounds heavy.

I won some good money on Sierra against George as I knew George is a sucker for punches and Sierra can punch.

I am betting on Gonzales due to him being a great amatuer, who beat the piss out of Angulo.
I believe Sierra is the type to run low on gas after a fast start. He came in on short notice.
The fight is in Gonzales hometown, where he is the local hero.

Good luck all!!! :toast: :toast:

I noticed Ghost is posting on *******. I hope he comes home soon!!! :0074

please do not post other forums on madjacks, thanks :admin

Vargas-Estrada

Vargas-Estrada

I see value in Estrada+600. I really don't get this line.
Also agree with paulie; Sierra is worth a flyer. I just may parlay the puppies to boot! On both SU for smaller type action.

Jhonny Gonzalez-Tomas Villa

Jhonny Gonzalez-Tomas Villa

I wish it was 7.5, but I took the under 6.5-135 here. Gonzalez has been whacking guys with regularity, and more than that, seems Villa hasn't fought in around 13 months. Now he is in very tough with a KO artist. I think Jhonny gets in some rounds and then puts this guy to sleep by round 5.

"the bunker"
was looking at gonzales..much better boxer.....but i recall darnell boone bouncing right hands off his head awhile back...solid lefty ..great amateur...but he likes to hold his hands low on occasion....and his resume is weak......i`m worried about the 12 round distance....sierra tries hard...not unlike the guy that k.o.`ed gonzales(zertuche)...

i`m seeing sierra itd getting around 2-1..maybe small play there.........but lord is he ponderous..long,wide shots.....miranda looked quick in comparison...

playing a par with johnny gozalea/bute and rios itd laying 2 to win 1.5....

There are a few more fights I have some interest in this weekend.

Badillo to beat Cazarez at +1000.
Badillo has fought terrible opposition but Cazarez has been in a few wars and is getting up there in age and Badillo seems to be the much bigger man.

Uribe to beat Nazareno at -125.
Again, Uribe has fought some really shitty opposition but his only loss is to the sometimes handy Michel Rosales by Majority decision. Nazareno is only 21 but has lost to guy's with really shitty records.
Uribe seems to be the bigger man and he is fighting at home.

Cintron to beat Molina at-290.
I think Cintron beats Molina pretty easily.

Ramos to beat Shimada at -180.
I think Ramos has a pretty good chin and is too fast for Shimada.
I also think Shimada will have a hard time fighting away from home.

Gonzalez/Villa under 6 1/2 rounds at -120.
I believe Gonzalez is a harder puncher than Micky Garcia who took Villa out in one minute.

Peralta to beat Olmedo at +275.
Peralta has fought completely shit opposition but I will take a flyer on the undefeated guy against a guy who got beat less than a year ago by a guy with a 18 wins 20 losses record and was also stopped in 1 round by a guy with a 2 wins 8 losses record.

Good luck all!! :toast:
