not sure just saw he w/d, that makes for an easy win, other two plays for today looking good as well.

Yup thats what this forum is all about :mj06: Had a tour insider who sent me that email ..

Anyway, I need Streelman to make the cut its gonna be close. Also need Lunde to at least push with Turnesa..

Wow that was a brutal beat.. on the Streelman over Holmes matchup  Guy is inside of the cutline.. comes to one of the shorter par 5's on either course (with no water) and makes double.

6's

6's

Two sixes that stun me today:

Ben Curtis MINUS 6.

Rory Sabbatini PLUS 6.

Disappointment of the day: Gave back my four stroke lead on Rod Pampling over John Senden.

Looks like both make the cut all tied up and battle to the wire. Thought I'd lock this one up today and not have to worry about it. Oh well.

I wanted to get a 3rd round play in. To try to overcome the deficit my 72 hole plays put me in.
Came home at around 1 am plastered. And couldn't tell the difference between CH3 and DL3, so i decided it would be best not to enter anything..

If I was gonna fade someone, Padraig, Curtis, Thompson ( 1 round in the 60's in his last 8 rounds, + brutal stats this week), Day or Watson (probably will fade him if he is near the lead come tomorrow) ..

Hoffman looks to have righted the ship.. he hasnt missed a shot since 1. Fairways and greens.. could easily have birdied every hole since then.

In progress Outright to Win (during 3rd Rd) :

1/2 Unit : Luke Donald @ 32:1. Lost.

Think he has the fourth best shot after Rollins, Villegas and Hoffman. Long way to go but the odds made it inviting.

David Mathis -125 over Jason Gore (Fourth Round)
:help:
Q. Jason, let's just get some comments on your day.
JASON GORE: Just hard-fought, I guess. My back has been kind of wrenching basically for a little while. I don't have a bad back, so that makes me an extra-big weenie.
But just kind of fought through. My putter started to work a little bit, and just made some great par saves. It was a difficult day. Nobody is going to run away, except for one guy. Just fought hard all day.

Q. Southern California makes it even more special for you to play well?
JASON GORE: Always. You know, it's semi-home. It's just comfortable being in southern California. I love it here. I've always kind of played halfway decent here. Hopefully I'll have a good week.

Q. How are you health-wise?
JASON GORE: Health issues, I'm fine. I don't know what's going on with it. I made a small swing change, so I don't know if that's kind of bugging it, but it is what it is. I'll get a little bit of work done, and hopefully it just keeps getting better.

Q. Have you had any problems like this at any other point recently?
JASON GORE: Back problems? No, never had a back problem, so that's why I'm really whining about it.
No, I'll live. I mean, it's not a deal-breaker, that's for sure.

That was after round 2.. I cant believe I missed that interview transcript. He was bent over in pain all round.. hopefully after shooting 80 he kind of throws in the towel.
