Luke Donald has been my rock this week. I've been riding him every round. Was surprised he wasn't mentioned much before the tourney started. Seemed to fly under the radar.

Finally grabbed a little with Lucas Glover in the final round. I saw you said he is sitting out next week. He may wish he didn't make that decision because he has looked good too.

Kobe vs. Lebron is too good to pass up. Although my Celtics coming back against the Spurs in the first half of the doubleheader is suiting me just fine. Not bad scheduling these four teams for a Sunday afternoon doubleheader.

Q. Jason, let's just get some comments on your day.
JASON GORE: Just hard-fought, I guess. My back has been kind of wrenching basically for a little while. I don't have a bad back, so that makes me an extra-big weenie.
But just kind of fought through. My putter started to work a little bit, and just made some great par saves. It was a difficult day. Nobody is going to run away, except for one guy. Just fought hard all day.

Q. Southern California makes it even more special for you to play well?
JASON GORE: Always. You know, it's semi-home. It's just comfortable being in southern California. I love it here. I've always kind of played halfway decent here. Hopefully I'll have a good week.

Q. How are you health-wise?
JASON GORE: Health issues, I'm fine. I don't know what's going on with it. I made a small swing change, so I don't know if that's kind of bugging it, but it is what it is. I'll get a little bit of work done, and hopefully it just keeps getting better.

Q. Have you had any problems like this at any other point recently?
JASON GORE: Back problems? No, never had a back problem, so that's why I'm really whining about it.
No, I'll live. I mean, it's not a deal-breaker, that's for sure.

That was after round 2.. I cant believe I missed that interview transcript. He was bent over in pain all round.. hopefully after shooting 80 he kind of throws in the towel.

Seeing Jason Gore struggle around the course so badly yesterday makes me shocked he even went out today. Should have played this one too but got tied up in the morning and usually only look at the meaningful matchups on Sundays. Still, fading Gore today in any matchup was the wise play.

Yea i am just upset i only played it for 1 unit, you have to capitalize when books put lines out on injured golfers. I went back to play it again after i posted it and it was up to -160 so i passed.

I got lucky on the Sutherland matchup.. makes up for the brutal beat i took with the lunde one.

Need Hoffman to finish in the top 10..
