3rd rd results 1-1
Maru +105 over Stank win by 4
Durant -108 over Rollins loss by 1
Durant had to go 4 over last 4 to lose this and managed to do just that.$%#@#$

Weather today bad storms late pm. Will be cautious as 4tg rd has been killer.Got 4 scalps on previous 72 wagers and if mart would scalp all but have selevted a couple instead.

4th rd @ 5 dimes
Tway -115 over Sposa

scalps and hedges
Mattice +145 vs Parny Oly cont currently 1 down.
Despite Parny having being 1 up I can see ole Murph smiling on this previous double play so will take defensive stand on portion.

Dimarco +100 over Toms 4th rd @ 5dimes.
guaranteed scalp and possible could get win and tie out of it with Dimarco currently 1 down. Can't pass that proposition.

Both decided at the cut.

Outrights: 1-2; +0.00 units

Toms 4th
Love 50th

Toms birdied the last three holes to secure a tie for 4th with Els and limit the losses on this event. Enjoyable finish to watch, but very unappealing to bet on.

Outrights: 8-42; -8.05 units

Between Green Bay and Iowa City
THIS WEEK
Outrights and Matchups: 3-4-2(-1.28*)
Outrights: 0-5(-2.70*)

YTD
Outrights and Groups: 31-36(-8.83*)
Outrights: 3-32(-9.20*)

The week that was . . .

1. A full unit for me in golf or otherwise is $40. Stanley's recent explanation about the Forum Recap grading posted plays @ 1 unit means I looked good with my "this interests me" pick on Maruyama, but the reality is that my wager of $3 @ 80/1 only keeps me coming back for more. In other words, I'm no Myron: NICELY DONE, Sir.

2. I should have kept my nose out of Europe. I worked my ass off for 10 days on the PGA Tour, and I enjoyed doing it. But the proceedings at The Belfry had me chasing like a fish after a shiny lure. For good measure, with one eye on Harrington and Cabrera, I pulled the trigger on Goosen and Scott.

3. I keyed nineteen 3 and 4 match parlays around seventeen matches for $2 each and hit one for a result of $38 - $26 = $12 loss. With one match pending on Friday, it was looking solid that I would win all 5 ways with a 2-0-2 finish in 3 Balls. After I went to bettingmads's Bet Settler and calculated an estimated payoff of about $300, I went back to pgatour.com and they had changed Justin Leonard from an 18th hole bogey for 70 to a par for 69, wiping out my push with Dudley Hart and leaving me with one small winner. That was not very nice. But Justin righteously obliged me with a birdie on 18 on Sunday and salvaged a push for me on one of my posted plays.

So it went.
