I posted this in the GENERAL DISCUSSION forum because Madjack himself said pretty much ANYTHING goes. 2nd, my post is based on facts and quotes from MJ and the MODERATORS. There should be NOTHING wrong with this post. I am sure MJ doesn't want to be a dictator at his site and if someone has a complaint about the site, they should be allowed to post it publicly in the GENERAL DISCUSSION forum. Which is exactly what I did below and I backed it up with facts!
If MJ himself and the moderators are not afraid to be held accountable for their actions, and neither want to be treated as God like status, they should let this post stand and I shouldn't be punished for it. I also understand this is MJ's site and he can run it anyway he chooses. He can treat 99% of the posters on this site fairly and me differently. That is his decision that he has earned the right to make. I do not think there is anything wrong to publicly express your opinion on who runs the site or moderates the board. I want MJ to be a man of integrity and treat every poster fairly. Don't you?
On Sat. I was banned for 2 days. MJ did not do this (he was away for the day), it was his moderators. But I have to include MJ in this thread because he upheld the moderators decision to ban me for 2 days. I was banned for 2 days because I posted in Sun Tzu's thread.
These moderators are prob. friends with MJ but it is quite clear they do not know how to moderate a board. They clearly are bias against me and dislike me. That is fine, but if moderating the board is their job, then they have to set that bias aside and treat everyone fairly. This is what MJ told me about the Mods complaining about me on his site. "i hear it from the mods damn near every day and i always tell them to let it slide." I challenge these mods who hide behind the computer to post exactly what I do that is wrong. I challenge them! I guarantee they have no case against me because I do nothing different than others on this site! I make sure of that and follow the guidelines. I can prove the mods are WRONG! I was warned to stay out of Sun Tzu's threads and I admit I deserved the ban because I did in fact post in his thread. However, these mods let SUN TZU post in my thread without any punishment. He didn't just post 1 reply, but 2 replies in my thread in much more negative fashion! The reply I posted in Sun Tzu's thread asked why he bets against Texas if that is his team he roots for? Simple as that. I'll prove my case.

I don't care about getting the 2 day ban from the mods because clearly they don't know how to moderate a board and treat everyone fairly. That is a fact and I just proven it. Before I left for USC/UCLA game, I e-mailed MJ and told him this isn't right. I should have my ban uplifted because Sun Tzu was allowed to post in my thread but when I posted in his, I got banned. This is the definition of being a hypocrite. I figure MJ would take away the ban and things be settled. MJ chose to honor the MODS decision because he said he can't take that decision away from them.

All in all, I do nothing differently than others on this site. I clearly proven I don't start $hit. Am I afraid to express my opinion? NO. Will I post in these threads? YES! Do I start them? NO! What am I guilty of? Maybe 20 other posters should be on this watch list instead of these Mods who deliberately choose to single me out. :nono:
These mods obviously dislike me and want me gone, don't see the positive things I bring to this site. I post plays and usually with detailed analysis. If anyone asks me a question about a play or a game I "always" reply with my opinion w/analysis. Never sarcastic remarks. I have a documented $50,000+ profit "posted" on this site in the last 3+ years. So there is a lot of good I bring to the table. On top of that which seems to be viewed in negatively is I post my opinions on subjects and debate the hell out of it. MJ looks at that as arguing, I look at it as debating. BTW, I do not use personal attacks in my posts even after others immaturely use personal attacks against me. I also do not complain and whine to MJ either. I also have given MJ and others on this site free Microsoft works etc. All in all, I am a decent guy who will throw out strong opinions supported with strong arguments. If posters don't like it, TOUGH! Put me on ignore list.
Again, I challenge these Mods to make an argument against me. They can't and won't. They dislike me because my opinions are different from theirs and I always make strong arguments supporting mine! They simply can't handle it and want me BANNED. I do nothing differently from others on this site. They may get their wish after this post! I am sure when these mods read this post, they will do everything in their power to edit it out and ban me forever which would be wrong but it is not my site so I am prepared to accept the consequences of this post. I accomplished what I wanted to do do, and that is publicly post my complaint. It will say a lot about Madjacks character if I get punished for this post. It would be nice to be given an apology from the moderators and MJ himself but I doubt I will get one.
