He is no more successfull than most of you guys. I believe his figures are a bit screwed. To reach the amount of money he is at, he had to bet pretty big at the start, 10% or so but once the money was up, all of a sudden he barely goes above 2%.

If he had lost his first few wagers, he would be up shit creek without a paddle.

I believe most guys on this board could have the same success.

agreed

i actually respect some of the board posters opinions MORE

but i will reference his picks every now and then

evan has had some long-term success

but he has made some very strange plays (maskaev over peter? de la hoya over mayweather? feliciano over tsurkan?)

i do think he is quite good at over/under plays

but he is certainly not the first person i would listen to

In Frankies defense Box if you would have came back as The boner in sweatpants or what ever the fuk your new name would have been, spelling it dought would have been a dead give away. Does sound like it tho.

Very true

What, you don't like my new name?

Very strange that I've seen so many words misused in this forum on a daily basis..."to" "too" "two" and "there" "their" "they're"...but I've never seen frank call anyone out on it. I always get those words right, and very rarely do I spell a word wrong, but now I get "doubt" wrong one time and frank calls me out...lol

I guess he's still pissed off about my "sure thing" reference. Don't worry frank, its not just you, I'm pretty sure everyone around here hates me, take a number and get in line...

Thanks Frank!
Lots of spots have live PPV in the ballrooms. Station Casinos sometimes does it, but I am not sure. Usually the big strip joints do it for the PPV 49.95 fee. Call a few a see if they have it. 800 #'s are at their websites. Go down to the MGM and try to get some scalp ticks. Wait till the main event is about to start and bargain your ass off. Thong took a correspondence course for stand up comic but dropped out, obviously!:mj07:

Calm down box! Jeez-this was just a little chop breakin and totally without malice. I hold you to a higher standard than some of the lunatics we have running around here, and also I let it go for a long time. So there!

Can a guy win what is probably the most important fight of his life with fair boxing skills, a very agressive style, extreme toughness and probably a good hint of desperation? Or will the guy with very good boxing skill, better speed and defense, experience at a very high level and great determination and focus win? You tell me. Guess who fits description #1 is and who # 2 is?

Good observation!

From what I recall he used to bet 10% (and more) of his bankroll on single fights until he reached 60.000.
Then he chose a more conservative approach and increased his bankroll up to 288.000 in roughly two years...so thats still pretty good.

Usually he doesnt post plays on lines that you cannot get any more,...thats quite a bit decieving.

I am betting Margarito BIG at +220.

I don't think Margarito was up for the unknown Clottey who had a loss on his record to Baldimor (by DQ). I don't base much on that fight. I also don't base much substance on how shitty Cotto looked at light welter.

I believe Cotto has the skills to beat Margarito but I believe Margarito will drag him into a slugfest.

Fighters from these nations are all about machismo-Trinidad vs Vargas
Gomez vs Sanchez/Pintor
Chavez vs Rosario.

These fights all came down to someone imposing their will and taking their opponents heart.

If Cotto is smart, he boxes and wins on points. I believe the warrior spirit that is in his blood will force him to fight and in a FIGHT Margarito can take anyones heart including Cotto's.

We shall see.
Yee fukin haa!!!

The Man is on Margarito (2.5 units), thats pretty hefty.

I'm kind of torn, Cotto by decision looks like the logical outcome, but Margarito @+220 seems like a value play.
I added some money on Margarito 10-12 and also bet Lederman scores the fight a draw @+1500.

I will add some money on Margarito straight as well.

Anybody think Canchila is worth a shot @600!?

Hope you followed your instinct on Canchila bro.

wish i had taken a shot on this one.

I already had a lot of money on Margarito and some other fighters...so I didnt exactly focus on this fight. Very small bet for me, but a decent payout. :)
