Yes it counts as reup deposits. The bonuses are just like it says in the details.

Ties get split up. If there's a tie for 1st they share 1st and 2nd money. And so on.

Only 10 or 12 so far. It usually is a last minute deal for people to signup but this is ridiculous so far. There were around 30 last year and I was disappointed in that.

I checked with BAG about the above and was told "he has been tagged as a non-rec player....and is welcome to play, just at reduced limits. This is basic risk management used by all books."
