When I was 16 a member of our immediate family was killed by a drunk driver. She was decapitated.
She had been offered a ride home from work at midnight and even though she did not know the guy that well she accepted the ride home.
A drunk driver in a oncoming car crossed the line and she was killed. He was critically injured.
The drunk of course walked away unscathed.
At family gatherings it was very difficult to look at the parents or even think about bringing her name up. They were devastated. They never got over it. And neither did I.
So tell you're daughter everything will be ok and you will pay the bills for her mistake.
Maybe next time she will not be so lucky to just be charged with a DUI and instead something that will send her to prison.

I know for a fact if I would have ever got a DWI my ass would have been in big trouble, my parents would not have bailed me out they would have let me sit in jail to learn my lesson. I got a PI when I was 19 and my parents made me sit in jail for 5 extra hours and guess what I never been in trouble again. Do not bail her out of it, she needs consequences for her actions.
He automatically judges people that he knows nothing about. :shrug:
And, Bobmac didn't ask what he should do with his daughter, he asked if he needs a lawyer.
