I actually do as well sometimes, just before presentations going through them in my mind and anticipated questions Doctors may come back at me with

I'm relieved to find some others do this same thing too, as if my inner demons are being addressed! x29:
I say "you" when I'm talking to myself as if i have a split personality.
Ex. "You have to get to bed earlier".
"What were "you" thinking when "you" made that stupid ass bet?"
My inner voice, "you" often rips ME a new asshole, and makes ME feel kind of worthless sometimes. My "you" often criticizes, but seldom praises, which leads me to believe we are "BOTH" perfect for this forum! :argue:
