Driver later claimed a wasp stung him.

Word is the motorcyclist will be ticketed, the driver will be charged with a serious crime.

and the girlfriend had one surgery to try and save her arm this morning (scraped to the bone in one place, and wrist is broken), will have another surgery in a few days.

What driver, the cycle or car?

Both motorcycles were riding like assholes out there.

Driver of the car should be charged with attempted murder. The motorcyclist should be called an asshole. Some of you guys are warped

A motorcyclist breaks a law and the car he was passing tried to kill him for it. One deserves a ticket and the other is an attempted murderer who deserves hard time and will be sued by the permanently scarred motorcycle passenger

Agree but I was talking about the warped part. That whole thing could have been avoided is what I'm talking about.

My bad....I thought you couldn't determine which deserved the steeper charges.

Mortorcycles weaving thru traffic at 90+ is quite annoying. So rare that I see one pulled over, though. Saw a guy recently riding wheelie past me. I'm typically driving 75-80 on the interstate, so this dude was flying. Sunday is the main motorcycle day around here. Grandpa on a Harley is all good, it's the groups of 3-4 Ducati riders popping wheelies and passing between cars that puss me off

Cie: These assholes don't deserve to be taken out, but they deserve way more than just a ticket. They scare the shit out of people and cause them to swerve out of the way and into other vehicles. I guarantee they cause all kinds of accidents that they aren't physically a part of.

admittedly I didn`t watch the entire tape...unless the driver admits that he swerved to purposefully impede the bike how do you prove that he didn`t swerve because he was distracted by dropping something in his lap or a shadow he thought was an animal darting into the road?...

if he admitted trying to harm the biker,disregard...but put me on the list with those considering the biker at least as big a menace as the driver of the car...

people have lost their damned minds...

On the course!
I agree with Cie, murder maybe steep, but you can't go around hitting people with your car just because they are reckless assholes.

You shouldn't hit people with your car. It's evident that you can.

Still, if you wish to engage in behavior that tells all the people around you to "fuck off", shit happens.

How is an individual speeding telling the people around you to fuck off? Anyone that swerves to hit a motorcyclist for any reason is attempting to kill them. He used his vehicle as weapon. Completely different than speeding.

What is wrong with you people?! If you get scared by being passed at a high rate of speed, you shouldn't be driving. Police, fire, EMTs, use sirens and pass at high rates of speed, and they don't cause accidents, but those damn crotch rockets piss you off so somehow a passenger kind of deserves it?
So if you're talking in a theater during a movie and i use a flashlight to crack your skull, you had it coming right?
That's absurd.

It's the same guys every time....not worth arguing it. This issue us so clear that only one right side exists.
