The man shown on video swerving his car into a passing motorcycle on a North Texas rural road has been arrested, police say.
William Crum has been charged with two counts of aggrevated assault with a deadly weapon.
o.k... I think a jury would take the "I don`t care" comment pretty negatively....:lol:
after seeing that comment,i`d agree that the old idiot`s goose is cooked.....
as stupid as that bike rider was,i can`t even begin to comprehend somebody swerving like that purposefully.....insanity...

the couple that got wiped out didnt appear to do anything wrong but pass ... the biker that was dash camming was driving fast and passing cars like crazy
the poor girl that was on the back may lose her arm
let me add...if I were that girl on the back of the bike`s dad,i`d be looking for a piece of that biker`s ass(and not in a good way).......

I think you're missing one thing. The biker that got hit was not the one flying down the road passing everyone, nor was he with that person. According to statements made by him and the passenger, the old man was slowing down and braking unnecessarily prior to the incident so he tried to pass and was ticketed for passing in a no passing zone.

that may be true but I stand by what I said about the biker...I didn`t see the s.u.v. in front of the biker trying to pass the old man....the biker was actually attempting to pass two vehicles simultaneously(and apparently illegally).....
I don`t want my daughter on a bike,much less with that idiot....

You insinuated that a motorcyclist passing is telling the world's to fuck off and you're okay with them getting side swiped now and again because you think they're all assholes and I called you on it. I never claimed the car driver didn't do this on purpose. I only said, when you play with fire, you might get burned. And yes, speeding down the road , weaving in and out of traffic like you own that road, is telling everyone else to fuck off. Those cars were, "in the way".

Before I comment I just want to make sure I understand correctly. You are comparing a civilian on a motorcycle passing 2 consecutive cars over a double yellow line with zero notification to emergency response vehicles who are authorized by law to cross double lines with proper notification, which includes extremely loud sounds and flashing lights to alert drivers to the fact that they will be passed??
Just want to make sure before my head explodes.
