I also bet on Nestor Rocha at sportsbetting on 11/21/08. It was a Telefutura fight, and Rocha's opponent pulled out.

Hasn't been graded in a month. I have sent email after email. Ridiculous, unitelligible response every time.

Wow that was like 6 weeks ago. As far as I got from them, is that it is graded a loss, which is ridiculous. I`ll never bet MMA with them again.

i can`t even begin to comprehend someone having a wager graded as a loss if the event never takes place....

by that logic,why not just grade it a win?...i mean,you`re taking an equally ridiculous leap of faith by grading a non-entity a win as a loss...

are you guys sure?.....and if this is the case,why do you still have your money sitting in this book`s account?....

as far as sportsbetting, I am actually waiting on 3 bets....all fights that didn't happen....all sitting as pending (2 of them for 6 weeks now)....multiple emails, crazy responses from them, no action.

I'm considering it lost money....I won't be putting money back in there anytime soon...

I never bet there, but the book is obviously in the wrong.

Their reply is inuslting to anyone that ever made an online wager. But you are probably dealing with someonethat is making a very low hourly wage an they don't know any better.

You need to try and get in touch with a supervisor or someone in claims department that has some knowleddge of how things work in the real world and explain the problem.

They advertise at many forums so you can probly get better results keeping your cool than slamming them on boards...though if they don't do the right thing you really should make people aware of their practices. I can't imagine them sticking with their position. Its just wrong.

I would guess that I have at least 2 Cancelled bouts per week in Boxing and at least 1 or 2 MMA bouts per event. With a practice like this, the book should just offer potential matchups and then scoop your money. It's 100% wrong, but I suggest handling it with velvet gloves since they are in control of your money.

This is what happens with these copy/paste sportsbooks. Rather than pay someone to handle the props and extras department they lowball. Stepping over dollars to pick up pennies.

I pass on so may sportsbooks because they simply are crooks and its hard enough to win a fight let alone fight to get paid.

Good luck with them. I cant emphasize enough...BAD numbers = BAD payouts.

I'd get your payouts and find another book.

Controversial Dutch heavyweight Gilbert Yvel is still on track to receive a license from the California State Athletic Commission to compete at "Affliction: Day of Reckoning" on Jan. 24, according to Affliction Vice President Tom Atencio.

Atencio made the statement during Wednesday's "Affliction: Day of Reckoning" media call.

But while the Affliction executive remains confident Yvel will be approved for his featured bout with Josh Barnett, Atencio has still arranged a contingency plan.
