GW...not going to argue with you....you could very well be spot on. And obviously I am hoping for only a couple of dogs to win (except Thompson of course). Besides, this is Elite XC on CBS, and after that circus we saw last time out, anything can happen:scared

Some of my big dogs will most likely get destroyed, but I think some have a real shot:SIB

Ya gotta admit there are some nice doggie prices on this card.

ruff ruff ruff.

all i can say is........remember back in the day.....remember....

sleep little kickserv...sleeeeep..

you`re going back in time...

:bed:

recall that a wise rodent named "weasel" brought to your attention that you made "13" mma plays one saturday evening....and advised you against taking this tack....

the result, was not a pretty one....

now, when i snap the clasp on my money clip, wake up...

CRACK!!

now, ponder ..draw on your subconscuious ,grasshopper...:hail

This card should be build at Kickserv vs kegray.
I think we have just about opposite on all fights:
PARLAY
-------------
LAWLER
DIAZ
SILVA
100 wins 87
WINNER +87

REIS(-150) over Caraway 150 to win 100 as I very much agree with joz. WINNER +100

Nick Thompson(+260) over Shields for 50 to win 130. No way should odds be this high. Nick has wins over Josh Neer and who is the only person to beat Eddie Alzarez(that would be THE GOAT). LIVE DOG LOSER -50

Only thing I agree with is the Cyborg Santos(+200) for 50 to win 100.fight as Baszler has issues with standup. If it goes to the ground the Cyborg is toast though. WINNER +100

Also have Travis Galbraith(+475) for 20 to win 95 LOSER -20

Good Luck all.

In MMA anything can happen- I just would never bet on a guy I thought had no chance (stylistically) to win a fight.

If I ever bet on a dog its because although Im not 100% convinced he will win, I am convinced he CAN win.

The only dog I would conceivably bet on here is Thompson but I think Shields will win hands down so i just wont bet. Thompson is still a great bet though regardless. You can argue for Smith as well but after the first fight I dont think there was any doubt Lawler was going to win that fight. I dont see much changing in this one.

we`re pretty much on the same page,ke......thompson/shields is a great fight....lawler/smith,if it`s anything like 1,it`s a great fight....

the women?...cyborg`s an unknown but she looks a little like tommy nobis...

and i`m really looking forward to seeing feijao and actually silva,too...

even though some of the bouts should be competitive,i think the dogs have a tough road to hoe, with the exception of shields/goat....i lean shields a bit, but, those odds make the goat a definite worthwhile take....

the more you look at this card, the better it looks..i

No Showtime in Canada......and justin.tv and channelsurfing.net don't seem to have the Showtime feeds:shrug:

Anyone out there know where you can watch:

Justin Eilers vs. Antonio Silva
Rafael "Feijao" Cavalcante vs. Travis Galbraith
Brian Caraway vs. Wilson Reis

Yeah I am most likely screwed to watch live unless one of those above sites puts up a feed. Maybe I'll get lucky and find it somewhere:shrug:

yeah the split decision vs ricco was bad but losing to Pele isn't a bad loss. I would be on him but it seems a tad too high for my liking. A parlay with him in it doesn't seem too bad though

How comfortable? VERY!

Junior Silva is a very big and powerful striker. Eilers is a one dimensional former football player who gets crushed every time he fights a decent striker. Eilers can't/won't take him down and the big guy will shoot him down late in the first/early 2nd round. He simply won't be able to keep the giant off of him. Ricco has a tremendous wrestling background and world class experience that helped him out. I had Eric Pele winning that Bodog fight when it was announced so that isnt really a big deal anyways. Dont worry bro

i'll add that silva had a knee injury in his fight with ricco thus impairing his takedown defense. moreover, pele was being beaten around the ring for all, but a few seconds of their fight and would have run straight to the change rooms if the ropes hadn't impeded his path. pele pulled that win out of his ass and the stoppage was premature at that.
